Old Soul Incarnational and Incarnational Earth Healing (IEH)
(First posted September, 2013, brief update July, 2015)

Update, July 2015: I made my first public announcement and link to this page in Great Shift Blog #8. If you found this page via that link and after reading this page feel that you would benefit from a session, let me know. My time available forscheduling sessions is limited to Friday afternoons and I trust that Spirit will ensure that for each person sessions will take place in Divine timing for their healing journey.

Update, March 2015: In the year-and-half since IEH emerged I've worked with a dozen individuals, enough to confirm that it is a worthwhile healing modality. That there have not been more sessions has been a bit of a puzzle to me, and I have concluded that for the foreseeable future this is not meant to be a major aspect of my service on Earth at this time. It seems it is to be offered occassionally as Spirit sees where it might be helpful to someone.

Note: This page is not linked to any other page of my EEH Website. You have probably either already experienced a session received an invitation from me or someone else who has experienced a session to visit it. If you have found it some other way, then Spirit has clearly guided you here. Each session gives me a new perspective on the process. Of the eight so far, half have focused on incarnational healing, three included both incarnational and Earth healing components, and one focused on trauma held for Mother Earth. After another three or four sessions I anticipate making this page publically available. If you have found this page, not experienced a session and feel drawn to participate, please don't hesitate to contact me at the email given below.

The Incarnational Earth Healing (IEH) process represents a new level of integration of my Energy Healing practice which combines the principles of the opening words on the home page of the EEH website:

When we heal ourselves we heal Mother Earth.
When we heal Mother Earth we heal ourselves.

The energy fields of Old Souls who have returned to Earth again and again to be of Service to Mother Earth and humanity carry non-karmic traumas as a result of their willingness to bring Light into dark places and times in human history (the Soul Origins of my Great Shift website says a bit about Old Souls). It is not widely known that many Old Souls have also agreed to share the traumas that Mother Earth has experienced as a result of human abuse and to ease her burden by carrying some of those traumas in their energy fields until the time is right for releasing and healing them. With the New Earth in the birthing process what better time than now?

In the course of the wear and tear of many human lifetimes Old Souls may also have incurred karmic energetic connections with other Souls,where patterns such as the victim-victimizer relationship has been played out and roles reversed over multiple incarnations until such time as one or the other or both releases the energetic connection through love and forgiveness. In my own incarnational healing work I have found that I have karmic connections with many more Souls than I am able to encounter directly in this lifetime. With the New Earth in the birthing process my sense is that it is now possible to release some/many karmic connections without necessarily meeting everyone with whom we have karmic connections in the physical plane. Again, in my own incarnational healing work I have found that I have connected with individuals with whom it was necessary to recognize and release karmic connections.

My experience so far with Incarnational Earth Healing sessions is that a session many focus on incarnational healing, both incarnational healing and Earth healing or mainly on Earth healing. Incarnational healing tends to focus first on release of non-karmic energies that no longer serve, and then may provide an opportunity to release karmic energies that are appropriate to release at the time of the session.

I am offering sessions at no cost as part of my service to Mother Earth and as an expression of appreciation and gratitude for the service of Old Souls who may feel called to request a session (if you would like to make a donation to support my ongoing Earth Healing work, that is always welcome: Donate. Below is a description taken from an earlier web page from the time some years ago when I worked more actively with individuals that should give some idea of what may happen during the session. Sessions are also possible using only email communication (see IEH Session #7).

Who Does the Healing? We are each responsible for our own healing, the "healer" simply functions as the facilitator or catalyst which provides the person desiring healing to heal themselves. When I work with individuals I connect with that person's energy field in a way that may result in vocal expression of emotion or acting out of personal, familial or incarnational experiences (in which case I verbalize any information I receive) that exist as imbalances or blockages. The person I am working with may experiences mental images that provide additional insight into what I am expressing vocally or physically. The blockages will be released or imbalances brought into greater balance if the person I am working with chooses this to happen. The intention for healing is an essential part of the process. I may vocally or physically act out, or verbally describe dramatic emotions or experiences, but there is no actual release unless the person I am working with chooses for a release to occur.

Participating in a Session Before beginning the active part of the session I encourage you to identify and verbalize any emotional issues you would particularly like to address, and I will answer any remaining questions you might have. I begin the active session by a brief ritual to set the intention for healing and create a sacred space. The active part of a session may several elements: (1) physical and/or vocal expression of a variety of emotions and experiences--personal, familial/ancestral, or incarnational--that are held within your energy field or the energy field of individuals with whom you have a close connection, (2) cross-incarnational balancing, in which connections are created between multiple incarnations to allow them to benefit from the healing that has taken place during the session, (3) melodic toning for balancing and strengthening your overall energy field.

After a session you will have the opportunity to share any of your perceptions of what happened during the session (which provide me with valuable feedback in my own evolving understanding of the work), and I will share any additional perceptions I have. Ongoing energetic releases may occur and when possible I suggest schedule sessions so three or four days of rest and integration are possible after the session.

What People Have Experienced During Sessions. I offer my perceptions of what has happened in sessions first, followed by what the person experienced when they have felt like sharing.

IEH Session #1, September, 2013. Marlene has beautifully described what she experienced. The session first focused on releasing non-karmic incarnational traumas, with a bit of clearing on karmic flotsam and jetsam, including connections with incarnations across time and space to balance the energies. A second phase involved release of trauma being held for Mother Earth.

Thank you, Russell, for an incredibly healing experience during the session with you. Right from the very beginning, it was plain to see that you were very much in synch with my energetic dynamic, as was evident when you felt the presence of Isis at the beginning of the session (I had her picture in front of me!) and by the fact that we had both called upon the four Archangels to be present before the session!

My four focal points for our session were:

1. Many lifetimes of betrayal that were a pattern in my morphogenetic field which keeps attracting these experiences to me.
2. Long standing rheumatoid arthritis.
3. The 'not good enough' thought pattern and belief.
4. Want to see myself as the Light that I am without hindrance from any obsolete programs that no longer serve my purpose and mission.

You pointed out that sometimes spirit had a different idea of what needed to be cleared and then continued the session. As the conduit for spirit, you orally toned, sounded and expressed the pain and trauma within my high heart chakra and I felt as though a great weight lifted from me. You saw that a portion of my body (left breast) was cut off in a former lifetime and you brought healing energy to that trauma. There was healing and clearing of my third eye area. Mother Mary came through and the message I received from her was, "Be at peace, Dear One, your days of trauma are over." I was verbally blessed for the work of holding the Light I have been doing for many lifetimes. This brought up a lot of emotional healing in my heart chakra and I felt empowered and loved beyond measure.

Throughout the session the colors I experienced were the beautiful violet light, the violet pink light and the beautiful magenta pink light. At the very end of our session I saw angel wings! I was feeling very relaxed and at ease within all aspects of my being and have since experienced a sound and peaceful sleep each night. There is still some clearing that occurs intermittently as evidenced by old thought patterns coming up to be released but overall I feel wonderful!

Your work is truly amazing and extremely beneficial to those of us who have been feeling exhausted by the need to keep on keeping the Light anchored here on Earth. You have my deepest gratitude and blessings for this service you are offering, Russell. It is truly invaluable in these changing times.

IEH Session #2, September 2013. Session focused mainly on release of trauma being held for Mother Earth. One unusual aspect, though was that the wedding rings of my father, Kenneth Boulding (1910-1993) and my mother, Elise Boulding (1920-2010) came into the session.

Hello Russell,

I have noticed shifts since our session, a sense of freedom and expansiveness especially around work and relationships with men! New feelings and possibilities coming into my conscious awareness; ideas for expanding my work are flowing as well as new energy and commitment to get it done.

IEH Session #3, October 2013. First part of session focused on releasing nonkarmic incarnational traumas. The cross incarnational balancing stage took place through an earlier incarnation, something that I hadn't experienced before (usually the connections and balancing are made through the current incarnation). A second phase focused of releasing traumas held for Mother Earth related to the destruction of Atlantis.

Working with Russell has had a profound effect on me. Before I knew him personally, I had been working on trying to understand my own gifts and purpose, and ways that my life seems to be off track. So my intention for the session with Russell were:

To step into and own my own power, to forgive those who caused me to suffer in the past, to reconnect with humankind, believe in my purpose and find my tribe. To release all of the beliefs and interpretations of my experience preventing those things.

The active part of the session was held over Skype (audio only--the beginning and closing parts of the session included video), and during it Russell used his energetic and vocal skills to embody and release traumas still held in my energy field. An interesting event during our session was Russell's seeing a certain non-traumatized life in the past, possibly lived in a monastery, but with the timelines seeming to converge there. After the session I told Russell that sounded like a life that someone else had described where I may have been an initiate in some type of spiritual or healing order, and that I had been trying to get in touch with that part of myself.

Immediately afterwards, I noticed a strong disoriented sensation that had recently also occurred over the fall equinox. Although I can't be sure, I believe the sensation had something to do with the convergence of the past timelines. This sensation, while a bit odd to experience, has not interfered with my functional abilities. As I have integrated it over the past week, I've been noticing a sense of Presence that now seems constantly accessible. This sense of Presence has provided a softer place within myself to fulfill the intentions to find my own place in the larger dance of humanity. To see others more clearly, more lovingly, to be seen by them, and to embody my gifts and purpose. All in all, I feel very moved by Russell's part in this on-going transformation.

IEH Session #4, October 2013. An especially intense session for me focused on releasing nonkarmic incarnational traumas for both of us. Many lifetimes where we had worked together and both experienced trauma emerged--Sumeria, Babylonia, Egypt, Pre-Columbian, Spanish Inquisition. Dragon energy was strong, including release of traumas experienced as dragons.

hi my friend--the end of this year was so very very crazy on so many levels--i cannot discern whether it was the ascension energies or the session. i did not have any physical detox that i do know--but you definitely reconnected me to remembering the dragon energies-- and this is very appreciated--i have looked at the dragon pearls and brought them out--also memories of the starbeings--the elongated skulls have me thinking again--somehow related--for me the session was enlightening and opened doors to energies i had placed on the backburner so to speak--a general raising of vibration, but it did reconnect me to sensitivity to earth guardianship work again.

IEH Session #5, October 2013. First part of the session included releasing nonkarmic incarnational traumas and karmic flotsam and jetsam, which seemed to also include non-Earth lifetimes (the first time I'd encountered this in a session). An unusual aspect of the cross incarnational balancing stage was that once the connections were made, there seemed to be a balancing of the seven chakras that spread to all the lifetimes tp which connections had been made. The second part focused on release of traumas being held for Mother Earth, expressed as deep sorrow.

Hope you had a nice Christmas. I did and am feeling in need of rest now.

After all this time I regret not having been able to give you good feedback regarding the healing/clearing session you so generously gave me. I enjoyed it very much. As you know, before the session a tightness in my chest had just begun. It turned into over a month of various stages of heavy-duty sickness. Maybe the session amplified the healing crises??? Maybe not. I couldn't tell. [Note from Russell: my sense is that some physical detox occurred as a result of the session, but was not primarily responsible for the viral recalibration that took place]. The problem is, it has been too hard to sort out the effects of the session because of the effects of the sickness. Dealing with the length of the sickness muddied it all up.

I loved interacting with you Russell and liked your unique way of working. The session felt good to me even though I'm not aware of specifics that may have changed after the session. I do feel a little clearer and wiser all the time, as I extend coaching help to friends in need.

IEH Session #6, January 2014.This session focused entirely on nonkarmic incarnational traumas. Space Brothers and Sisters asked to be present during the session, though the reason was not fully apparent. A lot of anger was expressed, and in talking afterward my sense was that it was anger from multiple lifetimes that was not expressed in ways that created karmic energies, but held in the energy field. Multiple traumas from arrow/spear/other(?) wounds to the upper part of the right breast seems to have been released. The session closed with cross-incarnational balancing.

IEH Session #7, January 2014. Each session seems to stretch my conception of how sessions can work. Neither Skype or phone was available for this session so it took place at a mutually agreed-upon time with no voice or video connection. Before the session I received an email from Berta (who was referred by Marlene--see IEH#1) describing some eight areas of her life that she would like support. After the session my email report, along with images of the Mineral Array that formed to support the session is included below (note that Mineral Arrays usually form to support a session):

The active part of the session lasted about 25 minutes starting when I called in Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel to anchor the Sacred Space for the session. Earlier in the afternoon a Mineral Array formed to support the session (and will remain in place for some time to support integration). Here is a picture of the full array:

The array did not originally have the Red Hawk feather in the lower right, but during the session it asked to come in and stayed in my right hand during the session. As the array was forming Bear energy came in very strongly with three of the rocks/minerals looking like the profile of a bear's head, and the ca rved Pipestone Bear that I got when I visited the Pipestone Quarry in Minnesota, a place sacred to many Native American tribes.

The lower piece is Rhodonite, the middle one mostly Quartz and Pyrite Gold Ore from the Renabie Mine in Ontario (where I worked as a miner many years ago) and the upper one is Lapis Lazuli. During the session Star Maker, a 52-faceted Quartz Vogel wand that has been a companion for many years, was in my left hand. To the right is a water-rounded Rose Quartzite cobble and below it Serpentinite from the Lizard in England that I received from the person who place a Peridotite Seed Stone there (see my EEH Newsletters for more about the Upper Mantle Project). The IEH process seems to be strongly supported by the Upper Mantle.

What follows are my observations and perceptions of what happened during the sessions. The session opened with the general energetic clearing and balancing of the Chakras. There was some opening up of the sixth Chakra/Third Eye and it also felt like there was some opening of connections to higher Chakras above the Crown Chakra, and the back of the Heart Chakra. There was an energetic blockage at the top of the left shoulder near the neck that seemed to be the result of physical trauma in some lifetime, though didn't receive any specifics. There was another painful trauma in the middle-right back below the shoulder blade, like death from being stabbed in the back, and also feelings of betrayal. At one point the Hawk feather caressed my left cheek and a remembering of the touch of your Beloved along with a feeling of deep sorrow and loss. This felt to be a Lemurian lifetime and perhaps the first lifetime on Earth with your Twin Flame. At one point I crouched down and shivered. It felt like a poor flower girl dying of exposure on the streets of nineteenth century London. This one we embraced with love and compassion which warmed her final moments of awareness. The session concluded with connecting across time and space to balance the energetic connections between many lifetimes. This helps the healing/release of the traumas of the incarnations connected with during the session to be shared with other incarnations. This was accompanied by unusually joyful feelings, and I realized that many happy lifetimes lived with a feeling of abundance were joining in with the connections to share their happiness with other less happy incarnations.

That covers what I remember happened during the session. I would be very interested in hearing what you experienced during the session.

Please give yourself some time for integration. I'm sure you know this, but be sure to drink plenty of water. If you experience physical detox symptoms, salt baths may help.
