Fall into Love, and let there be Peace. A couple of loving ideas for this prayer ceremony: at the end of each prayer, extinguish the flame by clapping your hands once above it; this seals in the energy, which can be continued and built upon the next prayer day. Also, when breathing during the prayer, visualize breathing in HOPE and breathing out LOVE and PEACE.
