This page summarizes my perceptions of what happens during the regularly scheduled Wednesday Earth Energy Healing sessions on Windgather Glade, where I am (usually) physically present and other EEH Network members join in spirit. The first five sessions were described in Newsletter No. 2 and are repeated here.

Wednesday EEH Session #1, December 7, 2005. Drawn to lowest vortex [note: this vortex is female polarized and topographically at the lowest point of the six vortices in the Glade-all subsequent sessions have been at that location), sunny, cold (18 degrees F), 67 minutes. Toning mostly Lemurian Tune I falsetto and regular. Varied hand and body movements, mostly Tai-Chi like. Body twisted at times like I had neurological damage-image of Panama Canal having severed the spinal chord of the continents of the western hemisphere; felt like we were repairing damage at an energetic level. Sense of work being done in a lot of different areas, but not much else in the way of specifics.

Wednesday EEH Session #2, December 14, 2005 (full moon). Overcast, fresh snowfall, light rain falling, cold (33 degrees F), 62 minutes. Headache started just before session (strong energies starting to come in?). Stood still for most of session. Began with long-drawn out tones, had the feeling we were receiving and grounding feminine energy being transmitted from outside the solar system. For the first time since doing this work I sensed the presence of St. Germain. Following information from St. Germain via Omeran [more about this below], began to connect Windgather glade with arcs above and below the ground to the following sites: areas where EEH Network participants live, area of Pakistan devastated by recent earthquake, areas where I made an energetic connection in 2003 and 2005 trips west (Upper Panther Meadows vortex Mt Shasta, CA; Stouts Redwood Grove vortex, CA; Whale Rock vortex Sebastian Head, OR, North and South vortices at Crater Lake, OR; Paradise Overlook vortex, Mt Ranier, WA; Bearhead vortex St. Mary Lake, Glacier NP, MT; Mammoth Springs vortex, Yellowstone NP, WY; Medicine Wheel, Bighorn Mountains, WY; South Devils Tower vortex, WY). Period of horizontal, smoothing flat hand motions (have seen people participating in group EEH session do this, but I had not done this so clearly before) to smooth and dissipate atmospheric and other turbulence. Another period of vertical, smoothing flat hand motions with hands in line-felt like lubricating action along subsurface fault lines. For short time arms and legs twisted so that my body felt shriveled and crippled; body tension was released when I did a few retching dry heaves. Different: stood on right leg as left leg and arm lifted up and down in stepping/pumping motion-have no idea what this signified. Was quite chilled by the end of the session. The headache lasted through the session, but stopped soon after.

Wednesday EEH Session #3, December 21, 2005 (winter solstice). Lowest vortex, sunny, snow on ground, cold (26 degrees F), 55 minutes. The days leading up to the solstice have felt very intense for me energetically. Usually both my arms and hands and my whole body are active during a session, but during this one my right arm hung limply by my side while the left side of my body did all the moving. It was as if my rational/left brain functioning was disconnected and as a consequence my conscious mind that observes sessions seemed spaced out during the session. Because of this I don't have many perceptions to report, except that at one point I had a sense of grid-like connection to those who had joined the session and that they were channeling energy to Windgather Glade from each location on the grid. It felt like a LOT of energy was moving during the session.

Wednesday EEH Session #4, December 28, 2005. Today's session coincided with our family Christmas celebration. During the hour I maintained a dual awareness with my physical body eating lunch with the our children and my wife's extended family and my etheric body down at Windgather Glade, about an eighth of a mile away. I was aware of energies flowing, but this was a new enough experience that I can't report anything specific. I wasn't sure how this was going to work, but the experience convinced me that the presence of my physical body at Windgather Glade is not required for these weekly sessions.

Wednesday EEH Session #5, January 4, 2006. Partly sunny, 48 degrees F, 58 minutes. Very intense session focusing on deep magmas in the upper mantle, near surface magmas in the Yellowstone area, and fault stress release in various locations, including California. Extensive use of explosive breathes, which I just recently learned serve to disperse energetic blockages. Extended periods of rapid vibration of hands, arms, and at times my whole body. Closed session with period of standing completely still, breathing very shallowly. Took two-hour nap after session.

Wednesday EEH Session #6, January 11, 2006. Overcast, 35 degrees F, 59 minutes. Fairly gentle session with just enough movement to keep me from getting chilled. No tonal vocalizations, sense of working with various geophysical stresses around the planet, but no specific geographic perceptions except for feeling of doing something at the bottom of the Mariana Trench in the west Pacific Ocean.

Wednesday EEH Session #7, January 18, 2006. Overcast, 3" fresh snow, 30 degrees F, 61 minutes. Vigorous movement except for closing period standing quietly. Lots of explosive breathing, some gagging/emotional release that seemed related to the Middle East. Not much sense of other specifics except providing general support for energy activations/releases along the 36th and 42nd parallels.

Wednesday EEH Session #8, January 25, 2006. Bedridden with incapacitating headache processing energies for Mother Earth (see Newsletter No. 3 for explanation). Was conscious enough to open session at 12 and close it at 1, but not much awareness of what was happening during the session.

Wednesday EEH Session #9, February 1, 2006. Hazy sunshine, 44 degrees F, 54 minutes. This is the first session since the start of the Elemental 144 Points of Light Project and it was quite something. Opened with sense of receiving energies from the Galactic Center being transmitted to me from a Galactic Federation ship which then proceeded to the center of the Earth. Interesting keening, yipping, hooting vocalizations that seemed to be related to both geophysical and human emotional stress relief. Brief angry vocalizations that seemed to come the Elemental kingdom (this is a first for me). With pleasure I noted that the Windgather Elemental Point of Light had been brought to the rise of the Glade just above me. What happened next was amazing. I sensed crystalline energies from Atlantis flowing into the front of my heart chakra (I was facing East), and then crystalline energies from Lemuria flowing into the back of my heart chakra. Then I sensed energies of the Violet Fame (St Germain) flowing into my crown chakra and crystalline energies from Mother Earth's core flowing into my base chakra. These energies (red from the Earth, orange from Atlantis, green from Lemuria and violet from on high) came together in the area of my heart chakra, and a bubble expanded to about twenty-five feet in all directions as these energies swirled and mixed. As this was going on I began to tone Lemurian tune #1, which hadn't been used for a while. I sensed the presence of the Spiritual Elders of Atlantis and the Spiritual Elders of Lemuria who joyfully and animatedly interacted with each other. I asked for, and received the blessings of both groups on this work.

Wednesday EEH Session #10, February 8, 2006. Hazy sunshine, 32 degrees F, 51 minutes. Similar to opening of previous session (transmitting energy from the Galactic Center to the Earth). Four days before I had experienced cranial-sacral release of major energetic trauma I had experienced during Lemurian time, and it felt like the energies in this session were being carefully modulated so as to not overtax my somewhat vulnerable body and energy field. The rest of the session seemed to focus on human emotional stress relief--anger, fear, gagging, retching. Active part of the session closed a bit early. Felt very weak at the close of the session and slept for two-and-a-half hours.

Wednesday EEH Session #11, February 15, 2006. Overcast, 51 degrees F, 63 minutes. Again session began by receiving energies from the Galactic Sun in the center of the galaxy and transmitting it to Mother Earth, with the energy flow greatly increased greatly compared to a week ago. Sensed the presence of a Being from the Central Sun monitoring and fine-tuning the flow. Next came a period of sounds and body-movements related to emotional energy release (no specifics as to source), and then shifted to period of melodic toning which seemed focused on stabilizing geophysical shifts that have already taken place and are in alignment with fourth dimensional Earth.

Wednesday EEH Session #12, February 22, 2006. Overcast, 36 degrees F, 62 minutes. Superficially similar to the previous session with incoming energy from Andromeda galaxy rather the the Milky Way galactic center and focus on geophysical stress relief, mostly magmatic, fault lines and some atmospheric. On another level it was the hardest session I have done since this project began. See Newsletter No. 4 for more details.

Wednesday EEH Session #13, March 1, 2006. During this session my physical body was with my Mother eating lunch at North Hill Retirement Center in Needham, MA. I connected etherically with Windgather Glade and the activated Elemental Points of Light, but was not able to maintain sufficient dual awareness to report any energetic perceptioins.

Wednesday EEH Session #14, March 8, 2006. Pouring rain, 38 degrees F, 61 minutes. The session began with a beam of energy entering Russell's crown chakra from three locations (the sun, galactic center, and Andromeda galaxy), which split into three steams, exiting his downward stretching arms and base chakra into Mother Earth. We (all those present energetically) focused on geophysical stress relief in the east African Rift Valley, and emotional stress relief througout Africa. Russell felt great love in his heart for the many who have incarnated there to deal with the difficult energies, and perceived, for the first time, Elementals from activated points of light assisting with the process of geophysical and emotional stress relief. We merged our energies with the continent of Africa, its deserts, mountains, savannahs, swamps, tropical rainforests and sang a song to its human inhabitants calling them to remember their connections to each other and the land. Then we offered supporting energy to peacemakers throughout the continent (they don't get much press, but they are everywhere). This was a wonderful session for Russell, although he felt physically quite tired by the end.

Wednesday EEH Session #15, March 15, 2006. Sunny, 42 degrees F, 58 minutes. The previous day was the full moon and lunar eclipse. Russell had a Mother Earth migraine through the night, sleeping 12-1/2 hours which continued through the session, but was not obtrusive. The energy beam entering his crown chakra when this session opened was from thirteen sources (Andromeda galaxy, galactic center, the sun and various planetary bodies in the solar system, including the moon). The energies exited as separate beams through his base chakra, feet and the five digits on each downward facing hand. While this was happening we sent our nurturing energies tothe activated Elemental Points of Light through the back of Russell's throat chakra and via toning that flowed down the musical scale. Russell sensed that chosen Elementals from the various POLs used the connection with Windgather Glade as a portal to come to the Glade and be etherically present, and they stood, sat, floated in clusters on the surrounding hillslopes during the session. The session then shifted to geophysicial stress relief, with vigourous body movements and vocalizations related to tectonic, fault-line and magmatic stresses. Russell sensed the brownie, elf, and pixie-like Elementals joining in, making similar body movements. There was an unusual interval when Russell's hands grasped what felt like a large circular gear and with great physical effort reversed the direction of its turning until it clicked into a new position. This had something to do with the Earth's magnetic field, but exactly what was incomprehensible to Russell's rational mind. During atmospheric geophysical stress relief movements Russell sensed the wind spirits joining in, and later there was some stress relief focused on the ionosphere. The session closed with a period of 13-beam energy transmission mode, and a periodic of quiet standing. Russell was quite tired when the session was over and slept for another 2-1/2 hours.

Wednesday EEH Session #16, March 22, 2006. Sunny, 35 degrees F, 2 inches of snow on ground, 64 minutes. The physical instrument felt good today. We started the session started in energy transmission mode to Mother Earth--3 beams through Russell's crown chakra (sun, galactic center, Andromeda galaxy) and two beams through the palms of his hands, facing up, arms streched straight to the side. Russell didn't get any sense of the source of the the other two energy beams. We then shifted to mostly magmatic and fault-line geophysical stress relief in Africa, Turkey, Iran, with Earth Elementals from activated Points of Light joining in. While this was going on, Russell perceived the baby elves from the Ohanapacosh River, Mt Ranier (POL#3) tumbling and sliding like otters down the u-shaped bedrock channel of the stream that snakes around the vortex where he was standing. Russell's body began to contort like it had neurological damage and began shaking like a huge electrical current was running through it while gagging and retching. This was much more intense than the usual body shaking associated with geophysical stress relief and Russell sensed that we were releasing deeply held trauma associated with ancient wars involving even more destructive technologies than we have today. This scared the baby elves and they hid around the corner of the stream, timdly peeking out now and then to see if it was OK to come out again. After about ten minutes we shifted to releasing atmospheric stresses and then to and extended period of 13-beam energy transmission mode (as described in Session #15). The baby elves resumed they play in the stream. The session closed with quiet standing as the POL Elementals present returned to their homes.

Wednesday EEH Session #17, March 29, 2006. Mostly overcast 50 degrees F, 58 minutes. Day of the new moon and solar eclipse. Russell's rational mind wants readers to know that Russell has had a reasonably creative imagination thoughout his life, but was never particularly inclined toward fantasy or the fantastic, and has never taken hallucinogenic drugs in his life. The thought still crosses his mind from time to time that he is making this all up, but today's session was too far out to be a simple construct of his imagination. The day began with a pretty intense Mode 5 Earth Energy Healing session between 5 and 6 AM time to coincide with the eclipse (see Mode 5 Chronicles Session #56). The noon session began with a massive transmission of energy from the Galactic Center into Russell's crown chakra and through his body into Mother Earth. This energy transfer continued as Russell's body and vocal chords began vigorous geophysical stress relief motions and sounds, focusing on easing magmatic/volcanic stresses. Russell perceived the entire fairy troop from Michigan (Point of Light #19) on the flatter area of Windgather Glade above the low point where he stands and many of them joined in shaking and hyperventilating, as the Goddess Pele positioned herself on a low promontory to the northeast of Russell and Vulcan/Hephaestus positioned himself on a low promontory to the southwest. The morning's session had focused on magmatic stress relief in eastern Atlantic and Africa, but with the Elementals joining in the energies were swirling in from volcanic areas all over the planet--Etna and Vesuvius (Italy), the Cascades in PacificNorthwest, Yellowstone, Popocatapatl, Mexico, Volcan de Pacaya, Guatemala, the Andes, Japan, Kamchatka, Alaska. The energy focus then shifted and Russell tried to follow where the energies were coming from, ending up in the Arctic. Suddenly a huge thirty-foot polar bear appeared on the crest of the Glade above Russell standing on its hind legs and paws reaching skyward. The fairy troop took this in stride, but the small Elementals from other activated Points of Light that were playing in the stream scattered, hiding behind trees and rocks. Russell was startled as well when a beam of energy about a foot in diameter shot from the Bear's heart chakra and connected with Russell's heart chakra. During the magmatic stress relief and the connection with the Bear Russell felt in his root chakra the incipient thrumming of a kundalini awakening for Mother Earth's chakra system. Still not quite sure what this was all about, Russell collected his thoughts enough to ask for the Bear's blessing on this work, and it disappeared. Russell's body then shifted to the 13-beam energy transmission mode described in Wednesday session #15. The hiding Elementals began to play again, and the Michigan fairy troop began mingling with the Windgather fairy troop (which Russell perceived for the first time, but which Bonnie knew to exist) which had been watching the proceedings from the hillslope to the north of the Glade. As the planetary, solar and galactic energies were flowing through Russell it came to him that the planets function as the chakra system of the solar system. Next Russell, with elbows at his side and hands facing upwards in front of him again felt columns of the energies from recently activated Lemurian and Atlantean crystals resting in him palms, as described in the Mode 5 Session #56 that morning. This time he perceived the Lemurian energy column to be green and the Atlantean energy column to be blue, which easily merged into a single column of white light. It is hard for Russell to put this in words, but the white light, while white could also be seen as containing all the colors of the rainbow. While holding this column in his crossed hands Russell realized that the Elementals from all nineteen activated Points of Light had brought their POLs to the Glade. This exceeded his capacity for spatial visualization, and his conscious mind zoned out as Archangel Metatron came in and directed the Elementals with their Points of Light into some complex geometric configuration related to the four cardinal directions and the four Sacred Elements (earth, fire, water, and air). Russell, hands held high, moved in a circle, releasing the blended energies to the sacred directions and elements. Then Russell sensed that the gathered Elementals wanted to do something. As an expression of their gratitude to members of the Earth Energy Healing Network four beams of energy, from the four directions/elements came together above Russell's head and entered his crown chakra. Russell felt energy shooting from his fingers and toes, and the front and back of the ten chakras of his recently activated 12-chakra system going in all directions to the Higher Selves of members of the network to be used for whatever purpose seemed best. The session closed with Russell standing quietly in a relaxed pose, breathing shallowly as the Elementals dispersed to their respective homes.

Wednesday EEH Session #18, April 5, 2006. Sunny, 60 degrees F, 63 minutes. This session seemed to focus mainly on Iran and the Middle East, where a major energy clearing had occurred in the morning. The first half of the session was in 13-beam energy transmission mode accompanied by stress relief vocalizations and then shifted to body movements and vocalizations associated with geophysical and atmospheric stress relief in the area of Iran. The giant polar bear was present again and seemed to be present in a guardian role, although Russell received another infusion of energy from its heart chakra. It paced back and forth on the flatter area of Windgather Glade above Russell and then sat down. None of the Elementals from the actived Points of Light seemed inclined to enter the Glade except for the Wind spirits. The Game of Duallity on Earth has been heating up at higher dimensional levels, and Russell perceived the perimeter of the area surrounding the Glade to be patrolled by regular-sized polar bears and Native American Light Warriors as a number of Galactic Federation craft hovered overhead.

Wednesday EEH Session #19, April 12, 2006. Sunny, 76 degrees F. As described in Newsletter #6, Russell took a break from energy channeling until he felt he could resume as a clear channel. What follows are my perceptions of participating in the session as myself, rather than as a channel. I sat on the male polarized vortex on the upper part of Windgather Glade and was pleased to sense the small flying fairies from Izu Peninsual in Japan (POL#7) and Stout's Redwood Grove (POL #20) around me. I toned during most of the session, and had no other unusual perceptions except that it felt good to know that the EEH Network didn't "depend" upon my energy channeling abilities.

Wednesday EEH Session #20, April 19, 2006. Sunny, 75 degrees F. 58 minutes. Russell tested out a procedure for clearing himself energetically before resuming energy channeling since he stopped the week before. He stood on the upper male polarized vortex and angry and painful vocalizations indicated that he had not been able to keep himself completely clear of these emotions during his very challenging experiences of the prior two weeks. A number of other blockages were also cleared from his energy field. The regular EEH session began at its usual location at the lowest female polarized vortex. The polar bear and Native American Light Warrior patrol around the perimeter was there again. Russell began in 13-beam energy transmission mode (described in Session #15), accompanied by a wide variety of odd vocalizations that seemed mostly related to countering EM mind control signals around the planet. Russell felt an odd dense/constricted feeling in the vicinity of his high solar plexus chakra (#4 in the 12 chakra system). At first he wasn't sure what to make of this, but eventually it came to him that we were clearing restrictions in humanity's collective energy field in preparation for further opening of the heart chakras. Eventually the feeling of constriction in Russell's chakra released, and the session shifted to geophysical/other stress relief vocalizations and body movements, with no specific information about location. Some Elementals from activated Points of Light were present but seemed rather subdued.

Wednesday EEH Session #21, April 26, 2006. Sunny, 55 degrees F. 64 minutes. Today was a vigorous session both physically and vocally, focusing on geophysical stress relief of all kinds. Russell did not receive any sense of specific geographic areas that were being worked with. He sensed the two smiling giant male water spirits from Sebastian Head in Oregon (POL #22) standing in the creek bed and the female wind spirits from the Tetons (POL #23), but otherwise Windgather Glade was pretty quiet during the session.

Wednesday EEH Session #22, May 3, 2006. Sunny, 76 degrees F. 48 minutes. Today's session pushed Russell up to the edge of his cognitive comfort zone, but he is reporting what he perceived anyway. The first half of the session focused on sending energy to the activated Elemental Points of Light (a total of 24 to date) which was accomanied by toning on a descending scale of notes. Then there was a shift to emotional energy release-type vocalizations, but with a decidedly non-human, non-terrrestrial feel to the energies. This energy seemed to be coming from subterranean areas, which puzzled Russell until he remembered information he had seen about secret government underground bases which were also inhabited by negatively polarized extraterrestrials. Russell then had a clear sense of receiving Light from all the activated POLs and sending it to subterranean places, where Elementals were being held in bondage by dark energies. The Light dispelled and transmuted these dark energies.

Wednesday EEH Session #23, May 10, 2006. Gentle rain, 67 degrees F. 53 minutes. As it rained, soaking Russell, this session focused on the element of water--as a cleansing agent for Earth and in need of cleansing where it has been polluted. As the session opened Russell's consciousness merged with the global hydrologic cycle--surface streams and the oceans, ground water percolating through the Earth, in places cooling magma and changing to steam, and water vapor that returns to the Earth as precipitation.Where waters were polluted there was the sense of nurturing microorganisms that are able to transform the toxic elements to harmless forms. Russell sensed the presence of many water Elementals from the activated Points of Light, and there was the sense of etheric rain fallling, cooling tempers where violance flares--Darfur, the Middle East. The words of the song "healing river, send down your waters to wash the blood from off the sand" came to Russell and his arms stretched out, fingers spread wide, connecting to sites where native and indigenous peoples had been massacred--North, Central and South America, Africa, Australia, Asia and rain fell, cleansing the soil. As the session came to a close, Russell perceived ethereal towers, like none he had seen on third-dimensional Earth, and finally he recognized them as the sacred higher dimensional city of Shamballa. Tears filled his eyes, out of longing for the day when he would be able to return, a day he knows will be in the not-too-distant future.
