EEH-Mode 5 Session Log

Session No. 1, Thursday, November 3, 1:00 PM at Windgather Glade (a place on our Homestead with very strong feminine energy). The session lasted for 34 minutes with toning patterns that were a little simpler than the ones I usually observe: sustained tones closing with a shorter interval a half step lower. The Glade was filled with a golden glow with the sun filtering through the yellow autumn leaves.

Session No. 2, Friday, November 4, 3:30 PM at Windgather Glade. The session lasted 48 minutes and was different from anything I had quite experienced before. Once before I found myself breathing vigorously rather than toning, and had the sense that I was "cooling" magma as a way to relieve stresses in the vicinity of volcanoes. The closest thing I can come to describing the session is to ask you to imagine doing a very intense breathwork session while at the same time doing jumping jacks. This was challenging physically and in addition to the usual higher dimensional support I bring into an energy session, I had a sense of the supportive presence of the Higher Selves of those I was connected to. I was so tired that day that it was an effort to walk down to the glade, so you can imagine my wonderment as I observed what my lungs and body were doing. I felt less tired at the end of the session than at the beginning.

Session No. 3, Sunday, November 6, 9:00 AM, St Francis Chapel, New Harmony, Indiana (This is a beautiful, small simple chapel, with dimensions about 10 feet by 8 feet, across a small lake from the Inn where Bonnie and I were spending the weekend). The session lasted 29 minutes, with toning patterns similar to the first session on Windgather Glade. However, the abode chapel had an amazing resonance, so not only did I feel my entire body resonating with the toning, but the entire space of the chapel reverberated to the toning as well. I had the feeling of being supported by a six-pointed star around me with my Guides and St. Francis forming one triangle of the star, and the Higher Selves of the three I was connected with forming the other triangle.

Session No 4, Tuesday, November 8, 7:40 am at Windgather Glade (40 minutes). Breathwork-jumping jacks type session. In the six-pointed star described in the last session, I had the sense that White Buffalo Calf Woman was in the position in the place where St. Francis was in the previous, and at some point she was replaced by the Hawaian fire/volcano goddess Pele. A new experience in a session like this was that at one point my hands began doing cranial manipulations-it seemed like my cranium was being used as a surrogate for adjusting stresses on the Earth's tectonic plates. The session ended gently with the feeling that I was holding the beautiful blue and green globe of the New Earth, free of air, water and land pollution in my hands. The globe grew and expanded and kept expanding until it was beyond by perception.

Session No 5, Wednesday, November 9, 2:45 PM at Windgather Glade (52 minutes). This was as physically challenging an EEH session as I have experienced. Began the session with a headache-strong pressure in the entire upper part of my cranium. Normally in a session my conscious mind is in a meditative state observing what is happening, but in this session so many different things were happening that my mind was often trying to find words to describe what was happening. There were silent screams, my mouth open and pressure in my lungs to release a scream, but the air passage was blocked keeping the air in my lungs until the oxygen was depleted and I had to gasp for breath. Other times I was gagging and retching (a fairly common experience), but then there were times when I was gasping for breath like in an asthma attack (I once acted out an asthma attack in a personal session with someone and she told me what was happening). At one point, not only was I gasping for breath, but my whole body was vibrating convulsively. At other times my hands were flapping back and forth at my wrists so fast that they were just a blur. Keening tones of pain shifted to sorrow and grief and tears. At one point my thumbs exerted intense pressure against my temples (after the session was over the cranial pressure was relieved, but a mild headache shifted to the right side which didn't last long). I want to emphasize that at any time I have the ability to assume control of my body if the discomfort is too great (something I have never done). Up until this session I have always been fully aware of what my physical body is doing-the stretching of muscles, what my lungs and vocal chords are doing. In this session there was a point at which I was aware of my body as something different from myself, something that didn't seem real. This was a different and disconcerting enough experience that I interrupted the session (something I do very rarely) to make sure that no unintended control of my body has slipped in (it hadn't). After that the session finished with fairly normal toning, and when it reached the stage feels like energy replenishment I offered some of that flow to the other Higher Selves I was connected to as an expression of my gratitude for their presence and support. The point in the six-pointed star that I have described earlier at which I have sensed different energies present, I sensed to be occupied by Ashtar of the Galactic Command during this session.

Session No 6, Thursday, November 10, 4:00PM at Windgather Glade (46 minutes). Although I didn't explicitly ask for it, I thought several times during the day that is would be nice to have a session that was a little easier, and this was. It started out with lengthy toning in falsetto, which has not been common in EEH sessions. Body movements were generally fluid and gentle, although there were a few challenging stretches. One new physical move was clenching of my fists with my thumbs out like in hitchhiking. I sometimes wonder if new moves are introduced just to keep me wondering "I wonder what THAT signifies?"

Session No. 7, Friday, November 11, 2:00 PM at Windgather Glade (43 minutes). Really tired, slept half hour before session. Gentle session (falsetto toning at start, shifting to normal toning), but so tired afterwards could hardly walk back to house. Slept another 2 hours and slept ten hours that night.

Session No. 8, Saturday, November 12, 9:25 AM at Windgather Glade (42 minutes). Normal energy today; did a lot of active outside work around homestead. Some interesting cranial adjustments. At one point palms of hands were pressing hard against my temples, then I got down on my knees and place crown of head on the ground while feet were up in the air, them move arms out straight, parallel to the ground while the crown of my head and knees kept contact with the ground. Usually when I am channeling energy I am in a neutral emotional state personally so that emotions I am expressing feel like they are coming from elsewhere. Occasionally I am aware of my own emotions being present in a way that doesn't seem to interfere with the channeling process. At one point in this session I felt a sense of great joy at the privilege of being able to serve Mother Earth in this way.

Session No. 9, Sunday, November 13, 4:20 PM at Windgather Glade (50 minutes). Started out like the last two sessions with falsetto toning and gentle body movements. At one point my hands were joined facing upwards in prayer position and were then pointed to touch my heart chakra. Next I got down so that I was lying flat on the ground, resting on my forearms and with my hands in the same position against my heart chakra (this is the first time I have every stretched out on the ground in a session). After about twenty minutes the session shifted to vigorous steam-engine-like breathing and body movements. Twirled counter-clockwise on several occasions to the point where I got quite dizzy. Usually I don't have any particular sense of a location whose energies I am working with, but at one point the image of Nyiragongo volcano in the Congo came to me. This is an area poised for catastrophic volcanic eruption which could easily kill two million people. I had a sense of working with the magma there as the blowing vocalizations continued, and then my body started doing an African dance step. As I observed what my body was doing with a feeling of amazement, I had the sense that I was connected with the African shaman who were working to ease pressures at the volcano. After the dancing stopped I held my hands out cupped and had the feeling that I was holding the volcano in them as I called upon the sacred elements earth, fire, water, and air to come into balance. The session closed with normal vocalizations. It was a pretty amazing session.

Session No. 10, Monday, November 14, 1:20 PM at Windgather Glade (51 minutes). I was turning in counterclockwise direction during most of the session as falsetto and normal toning alternated. Early in the session I had the feeling of experimenting in ways that I could twirl rapidly for extended periods of time without getting too dizzy. I found I could do this by focusing my eyes on one hand. Rapid twirling stopped when I began to feel seasick, and throughout the session had to pause on occasion to ease feeling of nausea. Although body movements were not vigorous (except for the period of twirling) I felt tired at the end of the session, and realized that it had been more intense than I realized while it was happening.

Session No. 11, Thursday, November 17, 1:15 PM in my Study (95 minutes). It was too cold to do the session outside, and I will be using my study when this is the case. My study is on the second floor of our house with a large window looking south over the ravine that Windgather Glade feeds into and a window looking east over our homestead garden. This was an interesting, marathon session that lasted more than an hour and a half. For starters I did it naked (no, I didn't watch myself do a strip tease, I got the message and took the clothes off myself). Toning was about half falsetto and regular. Physically it felt like a lot of experimentaton was going on. Movements and positions had a yogic feel but didn't match any standard poses. I spent an extended period moving my arms and hand while balanced on my knees--this was tricky and during this I often had to "take over" in order to keep the balance. There was also quite a bit of positioning my hands in different ways on all seven of my chakras.

Session No. 12, Saturday, November 19, 1:55 PM at Windgather Glade (53 minutes). Shift from three to two distant participants (person excused herself for personal reasons not directly connected with EEH participation). At first I sensed that six-pointed star had shifted to a five-pointed star with White Buffalo Calf Woman in the position facing me, the Higher Selves of the two distant participants front right and left, and my Guides in the two points behind me. Later I perceived that a six-pointed star had been reestablished the Jeshua ben Joseph in the position behind me (I understand Jeshua to be the fifth or sixth densithy aspect of Jesus Christ). I faced west during the entire session with me feet in the same place. My arms and hands moved slowly and gracefully with my hands often making elaborate gestures. Session was mostly falsetto with some normal toning. I had the feeling of that we were working with the Earth's magnetic field, deep in the Earth's core and that sexual energies were somehow involved--the perception of sexual energies was cognitive rather physical.

Session No. 13, Sunday, November 20, 3:55 PM at Windgather Glade (57 minutes). Again faced west during the entire session with mostly arm and elaborate hand movements, but vocally some really different things happened. Began with extended falsetto toning of a the same pattern--an extended high note, then dropping a half tone. At the end of the second note I would come to an abrupt stop and hold my breath until I had to take a gasping intake breath at which time the pattern would repeat. This breathing pattern left air in my lungs that eventually became depleted of oxygen so eventually I would have to completely expell any remaining air in my lungs and take a deep breath. This type of breathing continiued through most of the falsetto and normal toning except for one really unusual variation. During sessions I am almost always breathing through my mouth, but at one point my mouth clamped tightly shut and I began to breath in and out through my nose while making a keening high pitched tone on the outbreath and a similar but raspier sound on the inbreath. The sound and the feeling was very odd. The session included about ten minutes of the magma-cooling steam engine/body shaking all over pattern, and shift to intense non-vocal breathing patterns that included glottal clucking like sounds, puffed cheeks and vibrating of my lips like when doing the rasberry. I had the feeling that this was somehow working with atmospheric energies. All in all it was a pretty unusual session.

Session No. 14, Monday, November 21, 3:15 PM in my Study (66 minutes). Breathing patterns generally similar to last session. Different: leg/foot movements very Tai Chi-like.

Session No. 15, Tuesday, November 22, 9:15 AM in my Study (55 minutes). Different: towards end there was an extended period of standing completely still, scarcely breathing while my own consciousness went into deep meditative state.

Session No. 16, Tuesday, November 29, 7:55 AM in my Study (67 minutes). Different: started out making sound like a tornado siren; period of positioning of feet outward parallel to each other and my shoulders shifting position to face different directions. Sense of working mostly with atmosphere.

Session No. 17, Thursday, December 1, 8:00 PM in my Study (54 minutes). Most of session consisted of intense sorrowful, keening, chromatic sliding falsetto and high-normal vocalizations. At one point the vocalization sounded like an air-raid siren with multiple over and undertones. Faced south the entire time; not much leg work. Brief period of magma-cooling breathing and body movements.

Session No. 18, Friday, December 2, 9:20 AM in my Study (66 minutes). Unusual session in many ways. Began with and extended period of very gentle blowing and slow, careful arm and hand movements. Had the feeling of working with magma, but that if the interaction was too vigorous it might set things off. Sensed goddess Pele in the position of the six-pointed star that I faced. At times felt magma energy in my hands as I slowly moved them to encourage flow in different directions beneath the Earth. Then went into an extended period of standing completely still, breathing shallowly. At one point felt like I was sinking slowly through magma towards the center of the Earth. Then lay on floor in yoga spinal twist for a long time, shifting to Child's pose, ending session in kneeling meditation position. Different: first time there were no vocalizations at all during the session and first time to do actual yoga positions.

Session No. 19, Monday, December 5, 1:45 PM in my Study (71 minutes). Falsetto toning first half; feeling of working with atmosphere and ocean in the south Atlantic. Second half blowing/body shaking associated with working with magma. Different: ballet like shifting from feet parallel to shoulders shifiting to feet pigeon-toed (not ballet-like) perpendicular to each other and at one point overlapping.

Session No. 20, Thursday, December 8, 8:45 AM in my Study (47 minutes). Opened gently, like I was a point of stillness in very turbulent atmosphere, "smoothing" it out to reduce the intensity. Worked with magma for a while (tension in shoulders--felt like they were ready to crack, but tension gradually receded). Most of session did not have any specific feeling about what was happening, except that for the first time I strong sense of the three-dimensional nature of the movements that my hands and arms make, and at one point linear motions seemed to be lubcricating a fault line to ease stress.

Session No. 21, Friday, December 9, 10:00 PM, guest room, North Hill Retirement Center, Needham, MA (46 minutes). Flew to Boston to visit my mother; plane was diverted to Albany due to snow, rented car and drove 3 hours, toning the whole way. Unusual session--with eyes closed saw many symbols and images from sacred geometry/ancient mid-eastern civilizations. Entire session was toned at the very bottom of my vocal range, very challenging body positions while kneeling and lying on floor, some difficult to balance and others stretched muscles to their limit. Isis appeared in the point of the 6-pointed star that I faced and White Buffalo Calf Pipe Woman was at the point behind me. Will and Johns' Higher Selves were to my forward left and right and my Guides Thomas and Miriam in corresponding positions behind me. These energies weren't quite like anything I had experienced before and eventualy I came to understand that we were grounding feminine energy that was being sent from outside the solar system into Mother Earth.

Session No. 22, Saturday, December 10, 9:55 PM, guest room, North Hill Retirement Center, Needham, MA (70 minutes). Worked with diverse stresses--magma, atmosphere, Earth's crust, magnetic field. Unusual number of body positions where it was difficult to maintain physical balance (this happened the previous night too, but not as extensively). Different: horizontal hand movements high above my head--felt like working with the Earth's ionosphere; at one point stood on one leg and then the other rapidly moving the other leg across front and back;. Sensed presence of Isis again--asked for and received with joy and gratitude her blessing on this work.

Session No. 23, Sunday, December 11, 9:40 PM, guest room, North Hill Retirement Center, Needham, MA (63 minutes). Vocalizations and body movements gentle; nothing new or unusual, but the focus was really different. At start felt like we were unobtrusively offering individuals who work in secret government programs aimed at mind control the opportunity to wake up and see the harm that they do. Then shifted to a feeling of entering into a very dark area of the lower astral plane associated with Earth and just quietly being there, radiating Unconditional Love. I stood there "alone" (in the sense that I did not have a clear sense of the presence of those who assist with the session higher dimensionally, but at the same time I felt entirely safe) for a long time surrounded by the darkness. Then I reached my arms out in front of me and made a spreading motion. The image of the Red Sea parting for the fleeing Israelites came to me and the darkness moved aside and was replaced by pillars/trees with sunlight streaming through. It felt like an outdoor cathedral. Thank you, Spirit, for this experience.

Session No. 24, Thursday, December 15, 8:00 PM, in my Study (59 minutes). Full moon was shining in the window. Almost entire session was loud, sustained toning of a note, followed by sustained toning a half-step lower. Sense of sending energy where it was most needed, but no specifics, except at one point when it seemed like we were creating rainclouds and rain in a parched area of subsaharan Africa which were followed by a beautiful rainbow.

Session No. 25, Friday, December 16, 2:40 PM, in my Study (63 minutes). First half very similar to last session-- long sustained notes descending in a scale of mostly half tones. Perceived that extrasolar energy was being retransmitted by an Arcturian ship with Sirian assistance to my crown chakra, through my body and to whereever it could be best used. For the first time had a sense of the multidimensional nature of the toning that I do--with 1D and 2D vibrational undertones and 4D and 5D vibrational overtones to the audible 3D sound waves. Following procedure I recently learned, reinforced the connection with Will and Johns' physical bodies by arcs that ran from my body through the Earth and above the atmosphere. Most interesting things in the second half of the session included the feeling that we were counteracting the effects of scalar wave weather modification efforts intended to do harm and sending Unconditional Love to those who were trying to do this; a brief period when it felt like we were working with the ionosphere near the North Pole clearing some blockages; and release of intense, pent-up anger (uncommon in a Mode 5 session) in the Middle East followed by transmission of healing energy.

Session No. 26, Tuesday, December 20, 2:00 PM, in my Study (44 minutes). Beckie joins the Mode 5 group. First half similar to previous session (receiving extrasolar energy). I was extremely tired during the entire session (kept imagining how nice it would be to just lie down) and didn't have any particular perceptions of what was happening during the second half. After session fell into bed and a deep sleep for 1 3/4 hours.

Session No. 27, Friday, December 23, 8:45 AM, in my Study (49 minutes). Back to my usual energy level for the first time in a week. Entire session seemed focused on easing magma stresses. A lot of explosive vocalizations, which I have just recently learned are effective in clearing energetic blockages.

Session No. 28, Thursday, January 5, 1:55 PM, in my Study (54 minutes). Very physical with all explosive/unvoiced vocalizations. Lots of shaking of hands/arms, legs and whole body. Sense of working with easing atmospheric, magmatic, and fault-line stresses. Specific locations that I sensed was easing fault/magma stresses near the Azores, a sub-oceanic eruption somewhere in the Pacific, but lots of other places were involved. Perceived the presence of the Mayan God of Wind at one point. Closed standing still for a while, breathing shallowly.

Session No. 29, Tuesday, January 10, 2:20 PM, Windgather Glade, chilly and wet (18 minutes). Will and Beckie were present with will standing on the lowest female-polarized vortex and Beckie at the lower male-polarized vortex while I stood (perched is perhaps a better word since the slope is quite steep) half-way between on the neutral vortex. Short but intense session with emotional-release type vocalizations.

Session No. 30, Wednesday, January 11, 2:10 PM, in my study (42 minutes). Wide-spread disasters are predicted for India during the period January 12-18 and set this area as a focus for the session. As with the previous session (which I think was focused on the same area) mostly emotional-release type vocalizations (anger, grieving, gurgling, gagging) closing with a period of complete stillness.

Session No. 31, Thursday, January 19, 9:20 AM, in my study (57 minutes). Mostly aspirated/whistling/explosive breathing (no tonal vocalizations). Not much movement in legs/lower body, but lots of movement of arms/hands. New: hammering on front of upper legs with karate-like chops while doing emotional release vocalizations, spastic-like body tremors with emotional release vocalizations (different from cerebral-palsy-type contortions), unusual finger positions/patterns. Not much sense of specific geographic areas or geophysical stresses. Very tired at close of session and slept for about 50 minutes.

Session No. 32, Friday, January 20, 3:40 PM, Windgather Glade (42 minutes). New EEH Mode 5 member Jason present physically--Jason was on upper female polarized vortex and I was on upper male polarized vortex. Session included both embedded human emotional and geophysical stress release.

Session No. 33, Monday, January 23, 1:40 PM, in my study (72 minutes). The session started out unremarkably with body movements/breath patterns that I associate with geophysical stress release and no sense of specific types or locations. Then my right elbow was hoisted way over my head and it felt like I was hanging from it and my other arm was twisted painfully behind my back and I started screaming with pain at the top of my lungs. I was in one of the U.S. secret torture facilities. The physical pain I was experiencing was just a shadow of what was really happening, but my screaming wasn't, until my body dropped down and I huddled on the ground making racking sobs. I felt some relief when this energetic connection was released and I stood up allowing my body to relax. And then it happened again, I was hoisted up and started screaming again at the top of my lungs. We were connecting with torture facilities throughout the planet--Guatanamo, Afghanistan, eastern Europe, China, Africa. I could not have handled this without the energetic support I received from the six Mode Fivers. The pattern I just described was repeated a total of five times, and then there was a shift in the feeling of the energies and we were connecting all of these facilities with the energy of Unconditional Love, making it available equally to the tortured and the torturers. It isn't often that my own emotions break into a session (and they don't seem to cause any interference), but once we moved into the connecting phase, tears of gratitude filled my eyes for the Mode Five energetic presence. But there was more to do. I barely had time to catch my breath when my body movements and breathing shifted into geophysical stress relief. As previous Mode 5 log descriptions have indicated, often I will get a sense of a few specific types of geophysical stress release types and locations, but this time it just went from one to another--fault-line and magmatic stress release in Oregon and Washington; tectonic stress release in the Izu deep sea trench east of the Island of Honshu, Japan; counteracting HAARP/scalar electromagnetic disruptions in Alaska and Earth's upper Mantle (had the sense that some folks were scratching their heads and wondering why what they thought would happen wasn't happening); something high up in the ionosphere. The geophysical phase finished with serving as a relay for stabilizing energies coming from a Mothership directed deep down into the very center of Mother Earth's core. You might think that would have been enough, but no, the session wasn't over. I sensed a bearded face and energy that was unfamiliar to me (my visual perceptions in such a situation have very poor resolution). Since the energy was unfamiliar, I challenged it, and after determining that it was of the Light asked for a clearer identification. A number of names came to me that didn't seem right--Elijah, Ezekiel, Enoch, and then Melchizedek! With gratitude I asked for, and received Melchizedek's blessing on our work. And then I had an amazing feeling of connecting to the Christ Consciousness grid and serving like a lightning rod to diffuse and dissipate throughout the grid negative energy that had not yet had a chance to coalesce. Finally, at the close of the session I felt my three Guides, and six-members of my Angelic support team come in close forming a nine-pointed star around me. I gave thanks that we are a group of many throughout the planet who are supporting Mother Earth's dimensional shift. The session lasted 72 minutes, and when it closed and I resumed control of my body I was in a stunned daze for about half an hour. New: stinging rapid-fire slaps on the front and sides of my thighs (flat-handed, rather than the karate chops described in Session No. 31). Mode 5 circle has increased to six plus myself.

Session No. 34, Friday, January 27, 7:00 PM, in my study (53 minutes). Mother Earth and humanity must be in great need right now. If anything, this session was more physically and vocally intense than Session No. 33. Except for a brief quiet time at the close it was entirely devoted to release of human pain and emotion--mostly anger and fear. The metal shades to the lamps in my study were ringing in resonance to some of the screams. After the last session I was better prepared for the intensity--I certainly don't have to go out of my way to do aerobic exercise anymore. Mode 5 circle has increased to seven plus myself.

Session No. 35, Monday, January 30, 10:25 AM, in my study (54 minutes). Comparable intensity to previous sessions, perhaps more physically demanding. I might worry that it is being pushed beyond its limit, if my body worker hadn't recently told me that my body "is happy." Focus was almost entirely on release of very deep human pain and emotion on Mother Earth's energy field--going back as far as 300,000 years. Mode 5 circle has increased to eight plus myself. My 3D mind is only able to perceive an eight-pointed star, but sensed Metatron for the first time and that he was guiding the creation of a much more complex sacred geometry for the work.

Session No. 36, Wednesday, February 1, 6:45 PM, in my study (50 minutes). Lots of toning during the session. Intitally felt like session was reinforcing the connections between Atlantean and Lemurian crystalline energies made during the noon session (see Wednesday EEH Session #9). Most of the session focused on the Cetacean Consciousness Grid which has been damaged greatly by human activities (whaling, dolphins killed by tuna fishing, sonar pollution of the ocean). We were using the Atlantean/Lemurian crystalline energies to repair and strenghten the grid working first with the whales, especially reestablishing interspecies communication connections. Next came the dolphins and porpoises (image of smiling faces in front of me). The dolphins and porpoises have been caretakers of the Atlantean/Lemurian crystalline energies, so didn't need any help connecting with them, but communication linkages between the Atlantic and Pacific communities were weak, so we created a stronger connection through the newly established linkage in the crystalline energies. The next step was to strengthen communications linkages between the whales, dolphins and porpoises. What I have described is what my rational mind was perceiving. The actual experience was something else entirely. I know I have developed strong vocal chords and lungs in the course of this work. I apologize for continuing to use this word, but I was stunned by the loudness and intensity of the tones that were coming out of me--the energy of those tones was carried throughout all the oceans of the planet, and the feeling as the interspecies linkages were being made is indescribable.

Session No. 37, Thursday, February 2, 7:00 PM, in my study (59 minutes). Yesterday's back-to-back sessions seemed to overtax my body a bit and spent an extra hour-and-a-half sleeping in the morning sleeping off a headache. This session was relatively gentle, continuing to work with the crystalline energies of Atlantis and Lemuria. Had the feeling that I was reconnecting with some very old friends. Lots of slow, melodic regular and falsetto toning and some intense yipping sounds. Not much sense of what was happening with the energies except toward the end when there seemed to be some transmutation of radioactive contamination at Chernobyl in Ukraine and Hanford, Washington.

Session No. 38, Thursday, February 9, 7:10 PM, in my study (74 minutes). As noted in the Wednesday EEH Log #10, I have been feeling physically tired and energetically vulnerable as the result of the release of major energetic trauma from Lemurian times the previous Sunday. I had started to open a Mode 5 session on Tuesday and received a clear message that I was not ready yet. Today, although I was physically tired all day, I got the go ahead to do a Mode 5 session (and it felt good to be doing it). The session started out with loud resonant toning that seemed to put be into a deeper trance state than usual. My body felt different, more crystalline and less differentiated from Mother Earth, although this doesn't make sense to my rational mind. Felt like a lot of energy was flowing, working with geophysical stress relief, but no sense of specifics except for what is described next. Felt sharp pain in my left bicep and right groin and dull paiin in the palm of my left hand. This was new for a Mode 5 session. Wasn't sure about the pain in the bicep (which disappeared after a short while). The groin pain seemed to be related to magmatic stress and varied in intensity through the session and was gone by the end. I recognized the pain in my palm as related the huge Kennecott Anaconda open-pit copper mine in Montana. For a moment I had a helpless feeling that this was too big a wound to heal, and realized that for now I just needed to be with the pain. Different: karate chops to chest, ribs and abdoman, use of my full vocal range (three octaves). At very close felt violet light streaming into my crown chakra through me and into the Earth. The Mode 5 circle has increased to ten plus myself. My gratitude to you all! Sensed Metatron postioning your Higher Selves three-dimensionally around me, but the geometry is too complex for me to fully visualize.

Session No. 39, Friday, February 10, 1:00 PM, in my study (61 minutes). At beginning of session lost the usual sense of my body. Seems like some sort of dimensional shift is taking place so my physical body won't be overloaded, because then started receiving transmission of energy from the Galactic Center via a starship unlike anything I've experienced before--a column a little larger in diameter than the width of my shoulders of pure energy through me to Mother Earth. After this was done shifted back to my more normal sense of body with intense toning at the very top of my falsetto range (two octaves above middle C). Just before the session I felt guided to read the message from the Redwood Trees in Aurelia Louise Jones' Telos and at this point in the session felt a strong connection being made with the Redwoods and Sequoia trees. Felt like relieving a bit of their burden in protecting a and stabilizing the Pacific Coast, and the rest of the session seemed to be generally supporting the energetic releases/activations taking place on the 36nd and 42th parallels. Just as I sensed the session was about to close my left hand shot out towards the east with fingers stretched wide and gave some sustained screams--seemed like something had just flared up inthe Middle East and we released the pressure a bit.

Session No. 40, Monday, February 13. 9:50 AM (full moon), in my study (70 minutes). Saturday night while asleep sensed that I went through a significant initiation on the inner/higher planes (I mention this because it seems to have resulted in an increase in my energy channelilng capacity). At beginning of the session transmission of energy from the Galactic Center was similar to that described in the previous session, except that it felt like the amount of energy flowing had almost doubled. Next there was an extended period of loud, sad sounds, swooping from high to low notes as my body shook. Felt like human emotional pain release with specific emotions less evident. The energy flowing through my body, upwards and outwards seemed to grow until the amount was huge, and for the first time I sensed that it was more than my energy field could process so was being distributed to each of the ten Higher Selves in the Mode 5 circle (who were positioned around me three-dimensionally) for transmutation. This building up to a crescendo of a huge amount of energy happened three times. The first time was nonspecific geographically. The second time felt like suffering from the indigenous peoples of North America which grew to include the entire continent, and the third time felt like suffering of the indigenous people of Peru, expanding to the Amazon and eventually the entire continent of South America. I know that what we are doing is a small piece of a very big puzzle, but from my small 3D perspective it felt like a LOT of energy was be released. The next phase of the session shifted to melodic toning high to low down the major scale with my hands moving high above my head. It felt like we were working with the outer surface of the ionsphere although it wasn't clear to me exactly what we were doing. I was receiving a large amount of energy from a Galactic Federation ship which was then being transmitted to the ten Higher Selves of the Mode 5 circle who were positioned throughout the ionsphere. The session closed standing quietly, breathing shallowly.

Session No. 41, Thursday, February 16. 7:00 PM, in my study (95 minutes). Similar pattern to last session only more so. Transmission of varicolored and energy from Galactic Center was about 12 feet in diameter, and toward the end of this segment an inner cylinder of brilliant white energy about the diameter of shoulders came through. There were several periods of extended human emotional-release sounds followed by periods of melodic toning intended to stabilize/sooth human emotions on the planet. Finished with an extended period with my arms overhead working with the ionosphere again. A variety of tone patterns, inclulding a morse-code like pattern seemed designed to counteract the disruptive effects of human VLF scalar electromagnetic wave disturbances (HAARP). Then did a lot of melodic toning to stabilize the ionosphere. Suddenly I switched back to counteracting mode, but the energy we were dealing with had intensified, along with angry vocalizations. The angry vocalization were a surprise and it took me a few moments to realize that some higher-up had gotten pissed that his plans were being thwarted and ordered the instruments to be turned up to maximum strength. This made me smile inside, but it was really intense, dealing the EM energy as well as the anger. Fortunately it stopped at about the point I began to wonder how long we could redirect these energies. I got the feeling that it stopped because of an instrument overload and malfunction. Then went back to stabilizing toning and body movements (my arms got tired being held and moving above my head for so long). The session closed standing quietly, breathing shallowly. New: some of the keening emotional release toning was intense enough to set my teeth to vibrating. Did this session without clothes and was surprised to find when I checked that the only other session that lasted this long (Session 11) was also done in the buff.

Session No. 42, Friday, February 17. 3:20 PM, in my study (77 minutes). I have come to expect to be pushed to my limit with each new session. This time I was pushed beyond my personal limit but was able to continue thanks to the Mode 5 circle of support as I describe below. As with previous sessions, it started with a period of energy transmission. with the difference that I sensed several Beings like the one I described from the Galactic Center in the Wedenesday EEH Session. I didn't give any indication in the Wednesday session log how unnerved I was by that presence. I sensed it as a shadowy presence that withstood my challenge, but still wouldn't fully reveal itself. I eventually realized that it was cloaked because I would be blinded by the Light if it fully revealed itself and that the cloaking was also necessary to allow it to function at such a low vibrational level as 3D/4D Earth. Mode Fiver Mary tells me that such Beings help modulate and help hold the frequencies we are grounding so we don't get fried, so I will referr to them in the future as Modulators. What was different about the transmissionn segment of the session was that I sensed that some extra-galactic energies were coming in. That was the easy part and didn't last very long. Next I started screaming, shouting, wailing, keening at full volume. The maximum intensity wasn't quite as much as the torture emotional release during Session No. 33 but it kept going on and on. We seemed to helping release the group karmic pain of humanity's thousands of years of separation from Source and it continued without the usual physical relief I feel by interspersing it with toning. After a long time my body shifted briefly to magmatic stress relief movements and vocalizations and then back to screaming at the top of my lungs. Now it was the Middle East and as I screamed I perceived the immensity of anger and pain there--like a seething volcano and I felt almost overwhelmed as the seeming unending pain continued to be expressed through my body. I received some personal physical relief when there was a shift to the morse-code like toning pattern that appeared in the last session. Mode Fiver Mary tells me that this is able to piggyback on mind-control EM signals and helps to counteract the effect on those who receive the signals, and it felt like we were diffusing efforts to really up the ante and violence in the Middle East. Then the screaming started again and this is when I was pushed beyond my personal physical limit. I had no energy reserves to keep this up, and that is when I felt all ten of the Mode 5 Higher Selves drawing energy from the Lightworker Consciousness Grid (which I learned about from Mode Fiver Omaran) and transmitting it to me. The screaming continued as I wondered how my vocal chords could sustain this (they were fine after the session ended) and after what felt like a long time my body shifted to the most intense magmatic stress relief movements it has ever done (entire body shaking and vibrating while making rapid-fire blowing breathes). The session closed with a few minutes of standiing quietly. My body and clothes were soaked with sweat.

Session No. 43, Tuesday, February 21. 2:00 PM, in my study (85 minutes). The Mode 5 Circle has increased to 12 plus myself and I was a little nervous about what this might mean given the intensity of recent sessions. I will say at the beginning that this session was not a physically demanding as recent ones, but that I sensed significant changes in our capacity to work with energies in support of Mother Earth. At the opening of the session I sensed the presence of several Modulators, one from the Galactic center and the other from Andromeda galaxy. A tight but powerful beam of energy from Andromeda started flowing through my crown chakra and into the Earth. This energy felt strange and my body started jerking oddly, but fairly quickly stabilized after the Modulators made some adjustments. Up until this session the energy relay/transmission and energy release segments have been separated, but this time when I shifted to the next phase the energy beam kept flowing through me and continued for the entire session. This is a big change, to perceive my body multi-tasking in this way. An extended period of Morse-code-like vocalizations, like described in the previous session followed, but differed in that it felt like the Andromeda's were piggy-backing some additional information onto the signal. This was followed by a period of geophysical stress relief body movements/vocalizations for which I received no specific information. Physically this was not as intense as in recent sessions, but I had the feeling that with twelve Mode Fivers participating the same amount of energy can flow without there needing to be such a strong physical expression. What happened next flummoxed me a bit and it wasn't until well after the session was over that it made complete sense to me. It just happened (Ha!) that I had that morning reviewed information on the Egyptian 12 chakra system for Chapter 7 of the Great Shift book. My hands, palms down and perpendicular to my body were placed halfway between my heart and throat chakras, and I felt a shift in the focus of the energies to that location in my body. What confused me was that this felt like the self-healing work that I did early in my awakening process and it seemed incongruous for it to happen during an EEH session. I recognized the locus of focus as the sixth chakra (high heart) in the Eqyptian chakra, and when the hands in a similar configuration moved to my chin (chakra 8) I realized that some sort of chakra activation was taking place. Next, the nose (chakra 9) involved some strange vocalizations I can't quite describe and then skipped the third eye and went half-way between the forehead and the crown (chakra 11) and made the explosive vocalizations used to remove blockages. Then the focus shifted to the pineal gland, where there also seemed to be quite a bit of blockage. I cried to release the feeling of loss that occurred when that chakra was shut down. While the chakra clearing/activation was going on I thought that my own 12-chakra system was being worked on in order to enable us to work more effectively with Mother Earth's 12 chakras, but later I realized that my body was being used as a surrogate for Mother Earth and that the main focus was on her chakras, but that in the process I was experiencing some personal clearing/activation as well. When the work on the chakras was completed, I felt an infant cradled in my cupped hands, the infant grew rapidly into a child, and then to an adolescent of my own height who faced me. We embraced and merged.

Session No. 44, Thursday, February 23. 7:25 PM, in my study (69 minutes). This was a wonderful session--no trying to figure out what was happening, but a comfortable feeling of having moved to a new level. The multitasking (Andromedan energy transmission and geophysical stress relief) started right away. A lot of Morse code-like and yipping vocalizations focused on the ionosphere and then into the Earth to counteract VLF scalar EM signals. Then the vocalizations shifted to the oceans to give the cetaceans some relief from VLF signals (the dolphins were smiling and some submarine captains were scratching their heads). Then the focus shifted to the additional chakras in the Egyptian system: #4 (high solar plexus), #6 (high heart), #8 (chin), #9 (nose) and #11 (high forehead). My hands did various things around each of these chakras while initial vocalizations were a combination of blowing, Morse-code, explosive breaths to break blockages. This time had no sense that "my" chakras were being worked on, but that there was scarcely a distinction between Earth's and the chakras of all humans on Earth. This clearing/activation is making it easier for those who are receptive to start shifting to twelve chakras. Finally there was a shift to powerful toning focused on these chakras singly and sometimes two at a time. This started with my hands held about nine inches from either side of my head and for the first time I could feel them vibrating to the multidimensional overtones oscillating back and forth through the pineal gland. This went on for some time and then the most wonderful thing happened as the toning continiued. I sensed that connections had been made between all 12 of my chakras and the 12 chakras of the Higher Selves of the Mode 5 Circle and then connections with the etheric bodies of each Mode Fiver in Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennesee, Florida and California. Then connections were made between the twelve chakras of each the twelve Mode Fivers. This was an amazing feeling (and I wondered if any of the others were perceiving anything). What was even more wonderful was the great joy and celebration amongst the higher dimensional Beings who were originally present and others who came in to observe--St Germain, Melchizedek, Elijah, Jeshua, Mary Magdalene, the Apostle Thomas, Djwhal Khul, Ashtar, Monka, Isis, Hiawatha, White Buffalo Calf Woman, Sacajawea, all the Archangels, and a host of shining Light Beings I didn't recognize. I was filled with such gratitude that I couldn't bring myself to go through my usual closing ritual or releasing the focus of those present on the particular session and asked that they stay with me until they wished to focus elsewhere, knowing that all and everything is always connected.

Session No. 45, Friday, February 24. 7:15 PM, in my study (68 minutes). Another gentle session for me physically. The focus seemed to be on human emotional stress relief in the Middle East and Africa (which certaintly needs it based on the the headlines) and more in the form of anchoring positive energy than releasing negative energy. Extended toning going down a simple scale in the low end my vocal range, and some Morse code vocalizations. For the first time sensed by etheric body elsewhere--suspended high over the Middle East and Africa with the Mode Fivers in a circle around me connected energetically like the spokes of a wheel as all around us countless Light Beings workded together to bring in energies with the colors of the Northern Lights. Although I continue to use the word "I" to describe these experiences, I am inceasingly loosing a sense of self in this wonderful work. The session also included some more work on the nose chakra (#9) and some vigorous work on the third eye chakra (#10), which was new. Lately my voice has been exercised to extend both the low and high ends of my vocal range. After this session I was able to go two notes below low C (although they don't sound very pretty) and I can go one note above high C (also not very pretty).

Session No. 46, Saturday, February 25, 9:50 AM, in Russell's study (45 minutes). "My" sense of identify continues to be less important in this work. Russell Boulding's physical body is an instrument the we (the Mode 5 Circle and all other higher dimensional Beings who participate) use in support of humanity's and Mother Earth's dimensional shift, and Russell Boulding's conscious mind observes and records this work, but henceforth he will use the pronoun we to describe what he observes happening and call his physical body the instrument. Today the instrument had a bit of a cold, but we went ahead and had an interesting session experimenting with its energetic multitasking abilities. Five Modulators were present. The session began with the arms held straight out and legs spread apart. Beams of energy flowed into each arm and through the top of the head converged at the spine and then diverged into three separate beams again, being transmitted to the Earth through the spinal chord and each leg. Holding the arms out this way for an extended period was difficult, so the arms were then lowered to angle downwards, away from the body. Then a beam containing energy from five different sources entered the crown of the head splitting as it proceeded down the spine to with different source beams exiting from each arm, each leg and the spine. Emotional stress relief vocalizations then started, but without the usual body movements which had to remain still for the five-beam transmission. There was a limit to how long the instrument could sustain the multipe energy beam, so eventually it shifted to emotional stress relief movements and vocalizations and a single-source beam continued through the spine. The Middle East was the focus of the emotional stress relief and for a short time the intruments left leg and right arm moved independently, testing another form of multitasking. Russell's heart was filled with love for all incarnations in the Middle East who have taken on the challenging task of processing the difficult energies there. Near the end of the session the instrument shifted back to 5-beam transmission mode and closed by standing quietly.

Session No. 47, Monday, February 27, 3:40 PM, in Russell's study (48 minutes). We tested the instrument's ability to hold the 5-beam transmission body position (legs spread, arms pointing down and outwards) for an extended period. Russell's conscious mind, used to the novelty of something different happening each time and not having the discipline of a regular meditation practice, chafed a bit, but eventually settled down to a meditative state. After a while the instrument's deltoid muscles began complaining. As this complaining became more insistent Russell's conscious mind became curious as to how long this was going to continue (we let him check when the position stopped and it was 27 minutes). During this time the mouth was using extended in- and out-breaths to make Morse-code-like sounds and these continued with arm movements, seeming to focus on the atmosphere for a while. Alternating single- and three-beam transmission continued during this and after there was a shift to toning (Lemurian tune I) focused on the lower and upper heart chakras. The overall session was a little shorter than usual because the instrument is still recovering from a cold.

Session No. 48, Thursday, March 2, 9:40 AM, Hermitage, Montpelier, VT (33 minutes). Circumstances were not favorable for Mode 5 sessions during the trip to Boston except this unexpected opportunity. Before leaving Bloomington the Mode 5 Circle had grown to 13 plus Russell. The session took place in the Hermitage of a friend who is an Episcopal nun located on a rocky ledge deep in the snow-covered Vermont woods. She and her dog, Buff joined the session (one of the regular Mode fivers was "inadvertantly" left out so that after the fact Russell realized that there had been 13 others present rather than 14. The instrument began legs together and arms stretched out to form a cross, and Russell sensed that something was going on with the Christ Consciousness grid, although he wasn't quite sure what. Russell's vocalizations and body movements related to geophysical and emotional stress relief were reinforced by Buff's howling and Martha's toning. Although the vocalizations did not feel particularly intense, Russell felt the flow of energy to be very intense.

Session No. 49, Wednesday, March 8, 10:15 AM, in Russell's study (41 minutes). The session began with the 13 Higher Selves of the recently expanded Mode 5 Circle each transmitting a differently flavored beam of energy to Russell's crown chakra. The instrument stood with legs spread apart, arms stretched downward and fingers on each hand spread apart as the joined beams briefly merged and then separated, leaving his body through the ten digits, two feet and base chakra. This segment lasted for 17 minutes (we let Russell satisfy his scientist's curiosity by checking the time) as geophysical and emotional stress relief vocalizations were expressed. The shift to full active body movement began with morse-code vocalizations and left arm pointed straight overhead, counteracting EM mind control transmission for outer space (this was new). We worked with the two heart, chin and nose chakras for a while. Near the end the session Russell perceived Gautama Buddha and energies of the Buddha consciousness grid. This was new for him and he asked for Buddha's blessing on our work, which was joyfully received. This session was kept short to not overtax the physical instrument which still had the regular Wedneday EEH session to complete that day (see Wednesday EEH Session #14).

Session No. 50, Thursday, March 9, 7:05 PM, in Russell's study (49 minutes). We began the session with an 11-beam transmission (two fingers on Russell's left hand were curled, limiting the energy flow). Russell was puzzled by this and eventually realized that he was restricting the energy flow by holding on to uncharacteristically heavy personal emotions. Once he recognized this, and consciously let go of the emotions, the left hand opened up and 13-beam transmission mode resumed. We decided that the physical instrument would benefit from further opening of the high heart chakra and this was the focus for the rest of the session. Near the end of the session Mode Fiver Omaran called, and made a physical connection via the speaker phone. Russell appreciated the additional support that this connection provided.

Session No. 51, Tuesday, March 14, 10:15 AM, in Russell's study (90 minutes). Day of full moon and lunar eclipse. During this session we worked with energies that were completely unfamiliar and "alien" in Russell's experience. It began with transmission of energy beams through the instrument's palms (sometimes held upward and other times downward), often angled so that the beam went through his feet, intersecting in a X-shape. These energies felt odd to Russell and he challenged them to make sure they were in service of the highest good of all Beings. The energy continued to flow and Russell allowed the session to continue as his body and vocal chords processed energies that felt to him non-human, non-Earth, and non-Galactic Federation. Some strange vocalizations seemed to approximate the human emotion of anger, but most of the vocalizations seemed to approximate the human emotion of sadness. Russell's body went through many unfamiliar motions and positions and even the movements that were familiar, felt unfamiliar because the energy was so different (at one point Russell was squatting with his left hand under is left foot, right hand under his right foot and big toe of his left foot touching his forehead). At one point he felt himself become another sentient Being but its shape and energy were so outside his frame of reference there no way to describe what it felt like, except a sense of complete otherness. Eventually some sort of understanding came to Russell about what was happening--these were energies dating from a very long time ago in Earth history, that through some transdimensional rupture/accident became "trapped" in Mother Earth's energy field. We worked to release/transmute/heal these misplaced energies. Near the close of the session Russell retrieved and held between his hands an energetic object of considerable importance to those in the Otherwhere that had been lost to them as aresult of the ancient mishap. Russell had a very strong tactile sense of holding this object, and then sensed one of these Otherbeings (being able to recognize it because he had briefly become one himself). He reverently returned the object to its legitimate holders and the session closed. Although the session was not especially physically demanding, throughout much of the session Russell felt like just lying down and sleeping. After lunch he slept for two-and-a-half hours.

Session No. 52, Thursday, March 16, 7:35 PM, in Russell's study (39 minutes). This was an emergency session. Russell has been stretched to his physical limit this week with almost continuous headaches, sleeping long hours and when the opportunity for this session presented itself he was inclined to pass. When he got a clear message to do a session he asked for it to be gentle. It wasn't, and as the session progressed it became increasingly clear to Russell that there we were responding to an emergency. The session began with 13-beam transmission mode (see Wednesday EEH Session #15 for more about the source of these energies) and continued throughout the entire session (toward the end Russell felt his hands supported in a way that eased the strain on his shoulders). Vocalizations began with long, extended hissing Morse-code-like in and out-breaths, and then repeated extended repetitions of the same note (F above middle C). The repetition of the same sustained note caused Russell's throat to hurt, and when it became too uncomfortable, vocalizations switched to the hissing. After this "rest" of the vocal chords, the toning resumed until his throat hurt again. As uncomfortable as this was, at no time did Russell feel it shouldn't be happening the way it was. Eventually information came to Russell that a serious disturbance was affecting the newly activated Lemurian and Atlantean crystalline energies and that we were doing a stop-gap stabilization with the energies flowing into the back of Russell's throat chakra and flowing out the front stabilized by the single, repeated tone. As this continued, Russell began to feel increasingly taxed and called upon back-up Mode Fiver Martha who has her own circle of powerful higher-dimensional friends for assistance. That added support made a huge difference. As the toning continued Russell got the message that Galactic Federation reinforcements were moving into position and soon would be able to take over. A few extended tones later, it stopped in mid-tone, much to Russell's relief. Although he had been standing without moving the entire time, he was soaked in sweat.

Session No. 53, Friday, March 17, 1:00 PM, in Russell's study (46 minutes). This is the first day Russell has felt back to his normal level of energy and we were easy on him this session. The first half hour was 13-beam transmission mode and Morse-code-like vocalizations as in the previous session, but without the toning. Russell felt relaxed and went into a meditative state, although at one point he sensed that the vocalizations were disrupting CIA mind-control experiments on dolphins. The rest of the session focused on geophysical stress relief, which was moderately vigorous physically. At one point we seemed to be providing support to some shamans in Africa who were working of easing magmatic and tectonic stresses there.

Session No. 54, Thursday, March 23, 9:05 AM, in Russell's study (55 minutes). The instrument's energy level was good today. We began in 5-beam transmission mode similar to that described for yesterday's regular Wednesday EEH session except that Russell's palms were held forward facing up, elbows against the body (see Wednesday EEH Session #16). We experimented with making the simultaneous geophysical stress relief energy flow more active by adding shaking of the legs to the commonly used non-tonal breathing patterns and this seemed to work pretty well. The previous day Russell had not received any information about the source of the energy flow through his palms, and became increasingly curious about them. They felt like powerful, pulsating columns of energy on the palms, but it wasn't clear to him where the energy was going from there. Eventually his hands moved to an outstretched, in-line position at shoulder level and this was held for a while. The source and significance of these energies remains a mystery to Russell. There was a shift, and we went into 13-beam transmission mode (described more fully in Wednesday EEH Session #15), combined with moderately vigorous geophysical stress relief (no specific locations sensed), and the session ended with an extended period of the body held quietly, shallow breathing, in the 13-beam transmission mode. This is the first session where energy transmission mode seemed the primary focus through the entire session.

Session No. 55, Tuesday, March 28, 8:00 AM, in Russell's study (83 minutes). We used this session to begin to prepare Russell for for the powerful energies of the new moon/solar eclipse tomorrow and also used it to experiment with ways to increase the energy flow for geophysical stress relief while keeping Russell's body in position for 13-beam energy transmission. The intensity of this energy flow was enhanced by continuous very rapid, machine-gun like breathes alternating with rapid panting breathes on long-drawn-out exhales and inhales. Vocalizations focused on magmatic geophysical stress relief and Russell sensed the presence of the Goddess Pele during most of the session. The geographic areas worked with were mainly western U.S (Yellowstone, especially) and Africa. There were also gurgling vocalizations culminating a gagging/retching response, which were initially difficult for Russell, but he learned that by consciously relaxing his shoulders this energy flowed more easily. At one point the combined intensity of the energy transmission and geophysical stress relief caused Russell to call upon the support of reserve Mode Fiver Martha. After 47 minutes in 13-beam transmission mode, we let Russell's body loosen up with vigourous magmatic stress relief body movements (he found this a welcome change). The mystery energy reported in the last session was present for a short time as a colum resting on the palm of his outstretched right hand.

Session No. 56, Wednesday, March 29, 5:04 AM (foggy half-light), upper feminine-polarized vortex, Windgather Glade (50 minutes). New moon and solar eclipse (5:24 AM). This was the first joint Pneemah-Mode 5 session (for more on Pneemah--Planetary Network for Earth Energy Medicine and Angelic Healing see: www.treeoflifeschool.com/Planetary.html). Also reserve Mode Fiver Martha, and Episcopal nun, was physically present on the male-polarized vortex anchoring the Christ energy. Russell perceived this to be a very powerful session--a bit like a hurricane with intense release of energies causing geophysical stress at the beginning and end and a calm period (eye of the storm) in the middle during which the source of the "mystery" energy refered to in the previous two sessions was revealed and resolved. The initial energy release focused on magmatic and tectonic stresses in the vicinity of the Canary Islands, and Russell had a strong sense that Atlantean energies were involved--collective anger and sorrow being held by many Lightworkers on the planet today for their inability to stem the misuse of the spiritual energies of Atlantean civilization. This was so physically intense for Russell a few pauses were necessary to allow his physical body to catch its breath. Abruptly the body movements stopped and it went into a deep physical stillness. Facing east, arms outstretched to the north and south, Russell felt the columns of energy that had rested on his palms in the previous two sessions, but this time he recognized them as a higher dimensional aspect of the crystalline energies of Atlantis (right hand) and Lemuria (left hand). Turning to face south with the hand holding the Atlantean energies pointed west and the hand with the Lemurian energies pointed east, Russell began toning Lemurian Tune I, which he has recently recognized as having been composed by an "earlier" Lemurian incarnation. Gradually his arms lowered until his elbows were at his side and the two columns of energy rested in his palms about a foot apart. As this was going on, Russell's etheric body moved around his physical body singing higher dimensional overtones and making the arms and hand movements that often accompany the tune. After a while Russell sensed that it was time to merge the two columns of energy but felt some resistance when the columns moved closer together. Alternating low and high tones (somewhere around C) three octaves apart allowed the distance between the columns to gradually lessen and when they merged the tone resolved to middle C (or thereabouts). Russell's etheric body spiraled in the air around the merged column of Lemurian and Atlantean energies as physical Russell declared these energies anchored in Divine Light and Unconditional Love and the column extended down to the core of Mother Earth. When this was completed, the hurricane commenced again with vigorous body movements and vocalizations associated with magmatic stress relief for the Canary Islands and the entire continent of Africa. Again Russell sensed the presence of Pele, and, for the first time, Vulcan/Hephaestus. He also received assistance from the Elementals associated with the three activated Points of Light in Africa (POLs #9, 17 and 18).

Session No. 57, Friday, March 31, 4:25 PM, upper feminine-polarized vortex, Windgather Glade, sunny, 72 degrees F (70 minutes). It was a beautiful spring day and Russell took special joy in being able to do the session barefoot. We gave Russell's body a pretty good workout today by going immediately into vigorous magmatic and human emotional stress relief (Middle East, Kashmir, Tibet) with lots of growling, gurgling, retching for more than an hour, with a short period of rest at the very end. An indication of how well Russell's physical body is adapting to this work is that the session did not feel particularly demanding physically, except for a slight feeling of rawness in his throat afterwards. In fact, he was amazed at the end when he checked his watch and saw how long the session had lasted.

Session No. 58, Monday, April 3, 5:25 PM, Russell's study. Opportunities for Mode 5 sessions seemed limited for the coming week and Russell decided to take advantage of a half-hour window to open a session. Nothing happened, Russell found himself just standing there, feeling a little foolish. Just the night before Russell had become aware of receiving the attention of a sixth density negatively polarized entity. Connecting the dots, he realized that he opened the session feeling rushed and lacking a centered focus, and that it was unwise to open himself to channeling energy in such a state of mind. Russell thanked those who were supporting the work higher dimensionally for their wisdom and the lesson he had been given.

Session No. 59, Tuesday, April 4, 7:25 PM, Russell's study (63 minutes). Russell took the time necessary to ensure that he was in a centered frame of mind for this session and it started out normally enough-three-beam transmission mode with geophysical stress relief vocalizations (no specific information on locations). About half-way through the session he had a small lapse of focus, when he opened his eyes and, seeing that the fossil pendant that he usually wears around his neck during sessions was lying on his desk, paused to put it back on. By this time the session had shifted from primary transmission mode to geophysical stress relief and when it resumed Russell sensed that some thin filaments of dark energy had entered the room from the southeast and southwest, which he recognized as coming from the sixth density entity he had encountered fleetingly on the previous Sunday night. Russell's 3D conscious mind has a reasonably good understanding of the subtleties of the Game of Duality, and his mind started racing. He recognized that there were layers upon layers of intention and possibility as perceived by the very powerful higher dimensional Beings of all persuasions who were present in the situation. He also accepted that he could not possibly analyze this with his rational mind, and chose to follow the leading of his heart, knowing that the situation involved some risk to his present physical incarnation and associated energy field (but that there was no risk to the Mode Five Circle). First, Russell commanded all energies that were not in service of Divine Light and Unconditional Love for all Beings to leave the area. After the second time he gave this command, he followed up my focusing a sonic beam at the two areas where he perceived tendrils of dark energy. This seemed to clear the area. The Mode 5 session resumed, but it wasn't long before Russell sensed that there were still a few small, isolated, tendrils left. Without pausing to think, he drew these tendrils into his heart chakra, and immediately Russell felt that he had made an unorthodox move in the Game of Duality, the consequences of which were uncertain. Russell's heart chakra became a crucible of Love and Light as he called for assistance from the 13 Mode 5 Higher Selves, reserve Mode Fiver Martha and her higher dimensional support team, the crystalline energies of the New Atlantis and New Lemuria, and St. Germain's Violet flame. The strands of dark energy turned incandescent, except for one small particle. At the same time, Russell sensed that by taking in some the sixth density entity's energy, an exchange had taken place, and that it found itself holding some unwanted Light energy. When Russell perceived that a small particle of the dark energy remained, rather than resort to extraordinary measures to transmute it, he chose to accept it and give it a home. He now holds this energy consciously and lovingly, as a reminder that as long as he chooses to play the Game of Duality, he cannot view himself as fundamentally separate from his friends in the Loyal Opposition. Russell also lovingly holds this particle of sixth density energy of contrasting polarization to his own in memory of what the entity that it "belongs" to once was, and will again be. When the entity returns to the Light Russell's Higher Self will return, with great joy, this energy to its "owner."

Session No. 60, Monday, April 10, 1:15 PM, Russell's study (31 minutes). This was a glorious session. We welcomed Giorgio into the Mode 5 circle, bringing our regular number to fourteen, plus Russell. The session began with Russell sensing huge, magnificent wings attached to his shoulder blades unfolding. He then emited a high, clear, loud tone that was electrifying. This joyous note was repeated, a clarion call to all incarnated souls whose awareness of their true spiritual nature was still sleeping, to awaken. In a series of descending notes this clarion call continued during the entire session, as the Higher Selves of the Mode 5 circle, encircled Mother Earth, transmitting this joyful sound, heralding the New Earth into every corner of the planet at this time of darkness before the dawn. In addition to Russell sensing many unaware incarnated souls awaken and listen in wonder, he saw many disincarnate souls who had not severed their attachments to their previous physical incarnation awaken as well, and see their Guides who had been patiently waiting for them to let go and continue their soul journey. These tones also offered comfort to our Cetacean brothers and sisters, and the diverse inhabitants of dying ecosystems on the land and in the water, saying that the time is not far off when humanity will stop the harm it is doing to Mother Earth and her inhabitants. The various energetic grids that support the creation of the New Earth sparkled in resonance with this glorious song.

Session No. 61, Wednesday, April 12, 7:50 AM, Russell's study. Russell had been experiencing sustained psychic greetings from our friends in the Loyal Opposition (see Starseed/Lightworker Miasm page) and asked that the session proceed only if he was able to act as a clear channel. He could not and session stopped.

Session No. 62, Saturday, April 22, 8:00 AM, Russell's study (approximately one hour). Russell had resumed energy channeling for the Wednesday EEH Session #20, but after that session did not feel ready to resumed Mode 5 sessions. In January a thought came into Russell's mind that he held in his energy field some of the trauma that Mother Earth experienced when the comet hit her at the end of the Cretaceous era about 65 million years ago causing a great extinction of species, and that the next stage of his personal energetic healing was to release this trauma. This was such a strange notion that his rational mind filed the thought away in Russell's this-is-to-strange-for-me-to-deal-with-right-now mental file folder. After the Wednesday EEH session Russell had a strong feeling that it time to do whatever was required to deal with the Cretaceous-era trauma. He felt guided to contact Judith, a shawoman in New Mexico who Mode Fiver Will works with, and she confirmed that there was a fairly narrow window of opportunity for this healing to take place. Russell had anticipated that this would be a Mode 5 session, but when the session began he had a strong sense that the Mode 5 Circle should be brought in. The session occured as a conference call including Judith in New Mexico, Will in Indianapolis, Sean in British Columbia (these work together regularly--other energetic support was provided by several others, including, higher dimensionally, Sean's wife Esther who had died a few days before). After Russell explained as best he could what he understood was to happen--some sort of nonkarmic energetic release for him and for Mother Earth--he went into channeling mode (he turned on his speaker phone so the others could hear what was happening). Immediately the energies flowing through him were so intense that he called upon reserve Mode Fiver Martha. In the breaks between the screams of pain Judith reported her perceptions of what was happening. A fragment of the comet which made its main impact in the Gulf of Mexico hit in the vicinity of Yellowstone National Park, creating a wound that never completely healed (see commentary in EEH Newsletter #6 for Russell's perspective on this as a geologist). Russell received other information from Judith of a more personal nature during the session, but this is what is relevant here.

Session No. 63, Saturday, April 22, 4:00 PM, upper feminine polarized vortex, Windgather Glade, 75 degree F, partly sunny (64 minutes). Russell was guided to do another Mode 5 EEH session as a follow-on to that morning's session, which he thought would be more "normal" but didn't end up being so. His energy field remained clear after the earlier session and Russell's body stood in transmission mode with legs together, receiving a massive beam of energy from the Central Sun in the Galactic Center. Russell had the feeling that his energy channeling had opened considerably as a result of the release/healing that morning and he sensed the Higher Selves of the Mode 5 Circle high above the Earth forming two spinning circular orbits at right angles to each. The energy Russell was receiving separated into multiple beams that went the Mode 5 circles and were then deflected to various Earth energy grids which sparkled brightly as the energy was absorbed. During this he toned a repeated descending pattern of notes. At some point Russell started seeing sequential images of many faces, mostly indigenous women, but some males of other ethnic origins, and wasn't quite sure what to make of it a first. Eventually he recognized these faces as other Earth incarnations, and that some sort of energetic integration his Earth incarnational experience was taking place, which was now possible as a result of the morning's healing session. Russell then sensed that some sort of personal initiation ceremony was taking place with many higher dimensional Beings present. This was so unexpected Russell had a hard time taking it all in, and only had a clear sense of the presence of all the Archangels who have a connection with the Earth Experiment, although many others were present. He knelt on the ground and recommitted his mind, heart and body to the service of the Christ Consciousness, truth, wisdom, Divine Light and Unconditional for all Beings and for the highest good of Mother Earth and all Beings upon her. He then went into a yoga-like child's pose and lay on the ground for a while as the image of the foetus approaching Earth at the end of the movie 2001 Space Odyssey came to his mind. The last time Russell felt he was embarking on a new stage of his spiritual journey was at the closing ceremony at the Medicine Wheel at Earthlands, Massachusetts when he led the first workshop on working with the energies of the Great Shift in July 2005.

Session No. 64, Thursday, April 26, 9:30 AM, upper feminine polarized vortex, Windgather Glade, 45 degree F, sunny (60 minutes). Russell doesn't know what happened during this session and was content to stay in a state of unknowingness, listening to the sweetly singing birds, seeing the greenly-leafed trees, blue sky and watching the graceful movements of the shadow of his arms and hands as his vocal chords toned repeated descending scales.

Session No. 65, Monday, May 1, 11:05 AM, upper feminine polarized vortex, Windgather Glade, 55 degree F, overcast (45 minutes). Second Pneemah-Mode 5 Session. We welcomed Cynthia from Kauai into the Mode 5 circle, bringing our regular number to fifteen, plus Russell. This session focused on using Lemurian crystalline energies to balance the elements of fire and water in the Pacific. Russell on Windgather Glade toned Lemurian Tune I during most of the session, while his etheric body stood on Mauna Loa, on the Big Island and Cynthia's Higher Self "stood" on Kauai. The other fourteen Higher Selves of the Mode 5 circle were spaced evenly around the Pacific rim Ring of Fire.

Session No. 66, Wednesday, May 10, 2:24 PM, upper feminine polarized vortex facing east (usually face west), Windgather Glade, 67 degree F, gentle rain (34 minutes). ET code transmission to Earth's core for Cht'i-ai-a, the higher dimensional aspect of Earth's being (http://realitycrafting.com/new_earth_sanctuary.htm). The session began with Russell's body in single-beam energy transmission mode and about half-way through shifted to 13-beam transmission mode with the main beam splitting and intertwining with the other 13 energy beams ((described more fully in Wednesday EEH Session #15). When this shift occurred, Russell began to feel sharp pains in his lower right jaw, upper solar plexus area, and at times the lower right occiptal area. The pain was right at the body surface, and intense enough at times that he called upon reserve Mode Fiver Martha for additional support. These pains seemed to be associated with the transmutation of dark energy that was being driven out of the Earth by the incoming energy. The session closed with a period of great stillness.

Sesson 67 Saturday, May 13, 2:00 AM, full moon, Solar Grid Repair (1). Mode Fiver Will at upper female vortex facing west, Russell at upper male vortex facing east (60 minutes). Russell and Will consecrated an alter at the upper neutral vortex (halfway between the female and male vortexes) to the four sacred elements. Fire, represented by a red candle; Earth represented by a piece of weathered dolomite shaped like a mountain peak from the west slope of the Tetons, a piece of pahoehoe lava from Guatemala, and an old necklace of carved jade; Water collected from Upper Panter Meadow Spring, Mt Shasta in 2003; Air represented by large hawk and turkey feathers, both found on Windgather homestead. Will offered tobacco in the four directions.

Russell's Experience: Russell brought in the higher selves of the Mode Five Circle after the altar had been consecrated positions taken at the vortexes. Friday morning Russell and Will had received information that one of the reasons the two of them had connected in this incarnation was to repair the damage to the Solar Grid connecting sacred sites around the planet dedicated to the Sun. In prior incarnations in a time long time ago they had been caretakers of a sacred solar disc that helped maintain this grid. The grid had been damaged when it was necessary to throw the disc into the middle of Lake Michigan to keep it from falling into the hands of those who would misuse it. One of the consequences of the damage to the Solar Grid was the introduction of human sacrifice into ceremonies dedicated to the Sun. When the session began Russell's vocal chords began expressing the pain and suffering of those who had been sacrificed, tears of sorrow, gagging and retching--no specific locations came to him but it felt like some sort of energetic clearing was happening at many sites around the world. This went on for some time and eventually subsided. Then Russell sensed that it would be helpful to etherically bring the solar disk that lay at the bottom of Lake Michigan to Windgather Glade to begin the grid repair process. The trooping fairies from Southern Michigan (Elemental Point of Light #19) were camped at the Lake Michigan and assisted with the retrieval, using the connection between their POL and Windgather Glade to bring it here and place it at the neutral vortex. The silly thought crossed Russell's mind that the Windgather trooping fairies might be jealous of the intrustion of the Michigan fairies, but then he perceived them watching with interest, standing around the Moon Goddess at the crest of the steep slope that rises above Windgather Glade to the east. Russell's body went into contortions, twisting like it had severe cerebral palsey, and gradually it loosened up as he felt strands of the solar grid between Solar Temples around the planet reconnecting. When his body returned to a relaxed state, Russell sensed six Atlantean Solar Lords standing behind Will and six Lemurian Solar Lords Standing behind him. Russell realized that Will was physically anchoring Atlantean energies for this ceremony and that he was physically anchoring Lemurian energies. He then saw Christ the Sun standing on the neutral vortex between Russell and Will holding the Solar Disk as energy shot from the disk to their heart chakras. Will stood with arms pointing down to the Earth and Russell stood with arms pointing upwards, fingers spread wide and the energy entering their heart chakras went into the Earth and into the Sky, recharging the newly repaired solar grids. Towards the end the session he blew long steady breaths, like they had done to spark the embers of the sage smudge used to purify ourselves before the ceremony, and Russell could see the solar grid glowing more brightly with each breath.

Will's Experience: When the Solar Grid repair process began Will sensed the presence of our friends loyal opposition and he created a shield of Light to prevent them from interfering (Russell was concentrating so hard on the repair process he didn't sense them directly, but in retrospect remembered some vocalization that he associates with the clearing of unhelpful energies). Will had the strong sense of the presence of Quan Yin during the ceremony (which Russell later discovered is a name given to the moon goddess), and also sensed the energies connecting their heart chakras. At the close of the session he perceived a fiery phoenix overhead, flapping its wings.

Session 68 Saturday, May 13, 6:00 AM. Will at upper male vortex, Russell at upper female vortex; the Morning Star in horizon at Tetons, Crescent Moon Ceremony begins (33 minutes). For some time Russell had known that there was a female-polarized vortex to be activated located between the west face of the Grand Teton and Table Mountain (see POL#24). The Elementals from the recently activated Table Mountain POL assisted with the vortex activation. Then the Mode 5/EEH Network connected sequentially in a clockwise direction with the 19 other sacred sites of the 600-mile radius 19 +1 = 20 Grand Teton Medicine Wheel. Will did an Eagle dance and had the feeling of flying high above the 1200 mile diameter Medicine Wheel. Russell perceived energies rippling out from the Tetons at the center of the Medicine Wheel as energies also rippled out from each sacred site on the perimeter of the wheel, creating moire patterns where the energies intersected. The thought of Indira's jeweled net, where every jewel in the net reflects the image of every other jewel image also came to Russell.

Session 69, Saturday, May 13, 1:13 PM (13:13:13), Crescent Moon Ceremony and Solar Grid Repair (2). Russell at upper male vortex facing east and Will at upper female vortex facing west (33 minutes). This session was scheduled for the time when the local influx of solar energies would be at a maximum for transmitting energies from a newly opened Solar Doorway to Earth. Even though it was raining, the initial influx of energy was so intense, Russell called upon the Higher Self of reserve Mode Fiver Martha for additional energetic support. The words from a song came to Russell: God gave Noah the rainbow sign, he said fire not water next time. It felt to Russell that this was the fire, but that it no longer needed to be destructive to do its work of purification. At one point during the session Russell felt himself in the body of a Condor flying high over Tetons, helping bring in solar energies from the southern hemisphere for the Cresecent Moon ceremony, and helping further recharge the Solar Grid. Near the end of the session Will stretched his arms, which felt like wings opening up. He streched the wings up towards the sky and when the tips of the wings touched there was a hugh inruse of energy that knocked him to his knees. Will was quite wiped out when the session was finished, and, having completed what he had come to do, went home to attend to family matters.

Sesson 70 Saturday, May 13, 7:30 PM. Russell at upper male polarized vortex beginning facing west, but most of session was oriented facing the lower female vortex (44 minutes). For this session Russell connected with the Boulder and Red Rocks drumming circles in Colorado which had been organized to support the Crescent Moon Ceremony. This session was not on the original schedule that Russell had prepared, but during the day Russell received a message that the Boulder drumming circle would start at this time, and since he had missed the opening the the Red Rocks drumming circle it made sense to connect with both at the same time. This session turned out to be tangential to the Crescent Moon ceremony but was powerful. White Eagle, organizer of the Red Rocks sunrise to sunsett drumming circle dedicated it to healing 116 sacred sites in Colorado. Colorado was not actually within the "official" Crescent Moon area, but Russell had strong energetic connections with Colorado having lived in Boulder for a number of years, and as a young man had worked on the harm side (uranium exploration) and healing side (helped found the Denver office of the Environmental Defense Fund) in the State. The entire session involved vigorous body movements and vocalizations focused on clearing/healing parts of the State that have been harmed by minerals mining (Front Range mineral belt down to Pike's Peak, Telluride-Durango-Silverton areas in western Colorado, and various coal fields). Most of the body movements and vocalizations were familiar to Russell, but a new one involved standing with feet together arms down side, with vigorous pumping up and down on balls of his feet, and heels hitting the ground hard.

Session 71, Saturday May 13, 9:00 PM, Russell at upper female vortex (30 minutes). Russell connected with the Full Moon drumming ceremony at Desert Monastery and Retreat Center, Concho, AZ, scheduled in support of the Crescent Moon Ceremony. He thought that he might serve in passive transmission mode for this session, as with most of the other sessions where he connected with supporting ceremonies. Consequently, he was surprised when it turned into doing some major energetic work with the Earth's magnetic field. Concho, AZ is almost due south of the Tetons/Yellowstone area and Russell found himself facing north, on the upper female vortex. Darkness was falling fast and in his peripheral vision Russell could see the campfire he had recently started burning brightly to the east and the red candle on the alter at the neutral/Elemental vortex to the west. The session involved vigorous body movements and breathwork like in the previous session but this time he had the sense that his etheric body was in Arizona facing north, triangulating on the North Pole, supporting movement of the magnetic pole closer into alignment with geographic north pole. He had the sense that this was somehow connected with Yellowstone and Mauna Loa volcano on Hawaii as well. He again sensed the presence of the six Lemurian and six Atlantean Solar Lords and realized that the recently repaired energetic grid connecting solar sacred sites were also intimately connected with the magnetic grid. A huge influx of energy came in, requiring Russell to call upon reserve Mode Fiver Martha for additional energetic support for the second time that day. When things calmed down again a light sprinkle began to fall, a gentle reminder from the Element Water that it's not all about fire and brimstone. Rain stopped when the session finished.

Note: all remaining sessions except for No. 72 were joint Mode 5/full EEH Network sessions.

Session No. 72, May 19, 12:45 pm upper female vortex, sunny 65 degrees F (33 minutes). Pneemah Meditation: Moon conjunct Neptune, Sun conjunct the Pleiades. Russell welcomed E'Lara from Texas into the Mode 5 Circle, bringing the number to sixteen plus Russell. He expected that this would be a "normal" Earth energy session, but to his surprise it turned into a session for personal energetic clearing in preparation for the next stage of his journey. With great sadness he sensed that the work of the Mode 5 Circle was coming to a close, and that the nature of the EEH Network would change as well. Russell pledged to respond whenever called and go wherever sent.

Session No. 73, Thursday, May 25,7:55 AM, upper female vortex. New Earth Sanctuary Birthing Ceremony (1): Beginning (20 minutes). This and the next two sessions on the same day were in support of the process of initiating the New Crystalline Earth Sanctuary begun on May 10 (Session No. 66): www.realitycrafting.com/birthing_sanctuary.htm. The first session involved some clearing of Mother Earth's pain body. Russell welcomed David from South Africa into the Mode 5Circle bringing the total number seventeen plus Russell.

Session No. 74, Thursday, May 25, 12:03 PM, upper female vortex, New Earth Sanctuary Birthing Ceremony (2): Birthing (34 minutes). Very strong energies were flowing as Russell's body served as a conduit for receiving and activating codes for the New Earth Sanctuary.

Session No. 75, Thursday, May 25, 9:00 PM, upper female vortex, New Earth Sanctuary Birthing Ceremony (3): Grounding (32 minutes). This concluding session was to ground the energies that came in around noon, and to Russell's surprise most of the session focused on vigorous geophysical stress relief body movements and vocalizations. Apparently the new energies had created considerable stresses at the third dimensional level that needed to be released.

Session No. 76, May 27, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Uranium Transmutation (1):Serpent Mound. By the time of this session, Russell had a clear sense that the work of the Mode 5 Circle almost completed. In this session, with the assistance of the entire EEH Network, we would be beginning the process of transmuting the harmful effects of the past misuse of nuclear technology and anchor the use of uranium and other radioactive elements in Divine Light and Unconditional Love in the New Earth. At 8:30 am in an opening ceremony at Windgather Glade, Russell welcomed the Higher Self of his son Peter into Mode 5 Circle, plus another male and female who had been invited, but not yet consciously joined the circle to make 20 + Russell = 21. This is the number that brought the circle to completion. The almost four-hour drive to Serpent Mound in south-central Ohio was eventful, because our friends in the Loyal Opposition preferred that this session not happen. Neverthelss, Russell arrived safely a little before noon and ate lunch near a burial mound to the south of the Serpent Mound. At 12:54 pm he began the ceremony by going to the top of the burial mound and offering prayers and thanks to the Elementals and spirits of those humans who had created and maintained the Serpent Mound as a sacred place (when he left the top of the mound in a different direction, he found a sign saying "do not walk on the mound").

Being Memorial Day weekend there were lots of people around and Russell wondered how the ceremony was going to work. He first walked up the tower on the southeast side that gives a good view of the shape of the entire mound, and then walked along the path on the east side. When he approached the base of the Serpent's head he began making sonic-cleansing and explosive energetic blockage removal vocalizations. These continued as he walked down the steps to the small flat overlook area that lies to the north of the head. The energetic clearing was quite intense, including gagging and retching. Russell wondered what people would think if they walked up, but nobody came by during this part of the session.

When the energetic blockages were cleared, Russell stood facing the Serpent's head and with palms upwards and felt a column of the crystalline energies of the New Atlantis resting on his left hand and the New Lemuria on his right hand. All of a sudden the place was swarming with people, mostly children, but parents and grandparents as well. Russell continued to stand with a seraphic smile on his face as they milled around, and just as quickly they moved on and he was by himself again. He gave thanks for the energetic presence of the generation who would be helping create the New Earth, the two columns of crystalline energy merged as Russell and the many who were supporting him anchored them in Divine Light and Unconditional Love.

Then his body began shaking vigorously, as it does when releasing geophysical stresses. This was very physically intense for Russell, and he sensed that some sort of transmutation process was taking place. It was only afterwards, when he visited a local rock,fossil and mineral shop, that Russell found out that geologists don't really understand why the area around the Serpent Mound had the highest surface concentrations of uranium in the state of Ohio. It came to him that it was somehow related to misuse of nuclear technology during Atlantean times. After this was completed Russell continued to walk around the west side of the Serpent, pausing near the head to tone a Lemurian song (the area was still clear of people except for four who were watching from the observation tower).

Russell proceeded to the tail, being guided to walk around it counter-clockwise three times and clockwise, once. Then, standing on the one place where the trail crosses the mound, he stood facing the coiled tail, arms outstretched and had the feeling that this was an important energetic connection that would be used for the transmutation ceremony on Friday, June 2. He had the strange feeling of his forearms being encased in laser cannons, like he had seen in his son's Japanese animae comics, and that these were be charged up with transmuting energies from the serpent's tail. The active part of the session lasted 41 minutes.

Russell's drive home was uneventful, and he performed a closing ceremony at Windgather Glade around 8:30 pm, expressing his gratitude to all those in the EEH Network and higher dimensions for their assistance during the day and making an offering to the Elementals of a quartz crystal from Tibet that he purchased are the rock shop near the Mound.
